Different kinds of life insurance and their advantages.
Every person in life has the right to think about his family and the benefits and the drawbacks if anything happens to him suddenly. Then in this case there are many insurance policies which will help you out with an answer to all your problems. If he is the sole bread earner in the family, then it is responsibility to think of his family members for not only the present life but also about the future. Many of us have heard a lot about the insurance policies. There are many policies like the term life insurance policy, the whole term life insurance policy and many more, but the universal life insurance policy is something new in the market today. This product offers many additional profits than the other policy preferences.
There are a number of different insurance in the market today. But the two most popular policies are term life insurance and whole life insurance. Though variable universal life insurance is also popular, but it is not that popular as like the other two. When you buy a whole life insurance, you have a many advantages that will help you in many ways. These may be the cost, coverage duration and the value of the cash that you pay for your whole life insurance policy. The early you decide about taking a whole life insurance the better for you to enjoy maximum benefits out of it.
It was then I thought that once I grow up I will definitely buy an insurance policy for my family as if anything will happen to me or my spouse, then our children will get the benefits from the policies. I bought a universal insurance policy as I felt that there are more advantages in this policy than the other policies. In this policy everything is taken care of. Its main work is to cover up all the total term policy like the whole term or the finance assurance.
Whole life insurance has cash value in the policy and you can even take a loan against it. But with term life insurance you don’t have this advantage. On the other side term life insurance is not at all the convenient insurance policy. It is too complicated and there are many restrictions in this kind of insurance. It is certainly not the most convenient policy choice a person can think of having, if he is planning for coverage that will be there for entire life or if he is looking for some kind of investment component.
Term life insurance does not collect guaranteed cash and they also do not help with estate planning as in the case of a whole life insurance policy does. And if you are above fifty years of age then be prepared to shell out more money as the monthly premium charged is just too high for them compared to the people who are young. This is one of the biggest drawbacks for those who are above the age of fifty. For such people again the best option for them is to buy a whole life insurance policy.
