The Steroid Layman’s Guides Revealed

by Michael Jones

I bought the Layman’s guides and Chris report in March 2003. I followed the Chris Report religiously. I wanted to look like Chris and I knew if I followed what I had in front of me then it should work.

I took pictures of myself after the first 3 week period and the gains are clearly visible. After the first steroid cycle I had put on an amazing 27lbs and I was living the most amazing training life and feeling absolutely fantastic.

In those days it was easier to have direct contact with Mick, bit now he is just so overwhelmed with work. He was often calling me with direct advice which I think was a bit of a bonus, as no other author has ever taken the time to explain me their book.

I was extremely motivated and persisted with a really rewarding training session and soon was seeing a hunk of a dude in the mirror. The muscle gains were just awesome and when the training session concluded in November, I could say for the first time that I was truly over the moon with my body.

I don’t know how I can ever thank Mick for the encouragement and belief that he set into me. I have never ever believed any so called hype when it comes to advertisements, but what Mick boasts he backs up and then some.

I spent most of my youth working in the club scene and soon got into bad habits. What with living an unhealthy lifestyle I was soon turning into a little skinny runt and it dawned on me one day that I had to make a few changes in my life. Bodybuilding was what first came to mind and I looked for a few tips on the internet and that was when I came across the Mick Hart blog, which has changed my life ever since.

I wouldn’t hesitate in sending anyone that wants to make a serious change to their physique, lifestyle and overall well being, to Mick. He really can make a champion out of anybody!
