You might have noticed two words that must be defined, these are review and report. That is, a book review and a book report are different, even though many confuse the two. Ask your teacher for clarification if you are not sure whether the project calls for a review or a report:

A book report typically contains actual elements and characteristics of the book, the author’s name, the title, genre (type or category book fits in), publication information, and what Sova and Teitelbaum call the “conditions under which the book was published” (how, why, etc.), and a summary of the book. The book report is, in essence, the factual information without any opinion.

A book review does have an opinion included, as well as some information about the book that people who have not read it would appreciate knowing.

You can begin with free adverstising such as free classifieds or you can use article marketing such as this one which is free. All it costs you is your time and energy. You can outsource the writing once you begin to learn how to make money online and from home.

Articles that are well written stay online for months, perhaps years and you will have only written that article once. The beauty is that your article is picked up by other article directories to publish as content and then your article spreads like a virus across the internet and you will have many links back to your blog or website.

The key to being a successful article marketer is consistency online. Write one to ten articles a day and submit them to article directories to the same three websites. You will begin to see sales after the search engines pick them up. There are many tips to doing this well and your success will depend on following a few key principles. I am going to assume you have taken the necessary steps to make your home attractive to sellers. You know. Cut back the jungle in your yard. Fixed anything that needs repairs and such. Okay, so let’s talk about an aspect of marketing.

There are many aspects to selling a home that you should be investigating. You should list your home with online sites. You should also list your home with the local MLS directory. But this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t also rely on basic marketing techniques.

When it comes to selling a home, it doesn’t get much simpler than real estate signage. You know, the signs you see on telephone polls, yards and the like. Many people mistakenly discount their effectiveness at bringing in buyers.

Why are home for sale signs important? Buyers shop by geographic areas. They look for “good” neighborhoods that have the aspects they are looking for. While they will look online and in the MLS for homes, they will do one other thing you can take advantage of.

When buyers find an area they like, they will drive it. Always! When they are driving the neighborhood, they are very attentive. You’ve seen them in your area. They are the drivers that lurch to across the street to read a for sale sign!

The eyes are said to be a path to the soul of a person. Your signage is a path to your home. Your space is limited, so make sure to provide basic information including beds, bathrooms, price and contact information.

Keep in mind that your general for sale sign is not used to generate sales. Instead, the only purpose of the sign is to get the potential buyer to drive by the property. When they do, you’ll have another type of sign to snag them.

As soon as you list your home for sale, print out brochures with pictures and all the information you can think of. Now post a stand alone for sale sign in the yard with a box. Pack it with brochures for buyers to take, to wit, the bait.

Take a second and think about what those old real estate signs have done. A person who had no clue your home was for sale now has a brochure in their hand. What did it cost you? A couple bucks for signs and some time. That’s it.

While this is a very common indicator of identity theft it often goes overlooked if a person doesn’t pay close attention to their bill so always review it as soon as it arrives. Paying close attention to your finances is the best way to stop identity theft before it gets out of hand.
