Wholesale Car Book Reveals How to Buy a Car for 50% Off

by Marcus Mitchell

A new information product has recently been released that is creating quite a stir in the online world. Dr Suzanne Gudakunst of syndicated cable television and equally famed expert in the fields of alternative health and health technologies, has written a book which claims to provide the secrets of how to buy a car for 30% to 50% off the dealer price.

One of the most interesting things about this product is that her techniques are for NEW car purchasesnot just used car buying. In fact, her strategies were refined in the luxury car buying marketplace. While in general the idea of wholesale car buying is connected to buying used cars-sometimes through auctions-these strategies can be used to reduce the sticker shock of new car purchases as well. These strategies have been known to work well with moderately priced cars despite the fact that the book details how to purchase expensive cars for as low as $300.00 a month.

These strategies were developed as Dr Suzanne began to research the car buying market following a hunch that she was being ripped off by dealers in her area. Apparently, her investigation proved that her hunch was right and that people were regularly being taken advantage of in the car buying process.

Upon these discoveries, she decided to fight back and began to investigate the ins and outs of the automobile industry as it pertained to car buying.

In the beginning, Dr Suzanne tested her new strategies through a variety of car purchases. Because of the great success that she found in buying wholesale cars-originally high priced or medium priced at the dealer-with these car buying strategies, she decided it was time to release the information to the public.

Many people began to report that her wholesale car buying secrets worked for moderately priced vehicles as well. For an average American, a bit of this knowledge can save thousands in the next car purchase. Using her strategies, reports of saving $15,000.00 on a car purchase or $400.00 a month in car payments are not unusual.

When I began to look into the merits of this product, I was curious what the consumers who had used her strategies had to say about the plan. I began to search the Internet to locate people who had tried the product and were not connected with the author. The feedback I received proved to be generally positive for the wholesale car buying guide.

One individual, whom I located, purchased an average car unlike the luxury vehicles purchased by Dr Suzanne. He reported a savings of $3000.00 upon purchasing his new car. While he acknowledged that it was not the amount that Dr Suzanne was saving on the expensive vehicles, it was still $3000.00 more than he would have obtained using his own devices. He obviously felt the information on wholesale car buying found in Top Secret Car Secrets was more than worth the money.

One interesting phenomenon, related to the wholesale car buying market, as explained in Dr Suzanne’s book, is that a number of people have found a business model between it’s pages. Buying cars—all types including luxury cars—and then turning around and selling them for profit on eBay has become a new profitable venture for a number of people. It appears that a lucrative new business model has developed from her techniques.

It seems clear that Top Secret Car Secrets is indeed one of the best guides if not the best guide in considering how to buy a car at tremendous discount rates.

The strategies as outlined in Dr Suzanne’s book require just a little time and upfront research. However, the process of finding a wholesale car has proven to be so exciting that the research for many seems minimal. The process is not hard and is promoted in such a way that an average person could indeed avail himself of this opportunity. This book indeed provides critical information for those wishing to purchase a wholesale car.

Retirement – One Word Wildly Different Meanings

by Michael Benifez

Financial planning is the traditional method used to determine one’s monetary situation and plan accordingly for the future. However a new style of planning is beginning to take root, most often referred to as life planning. Where financial planning takes a traditional, one might say conservative and boring approach to finances, life planning takes a more active and varied approach.

Not solely content to ensure you’re adequately prepared for retirement, life planning is devised to let you live out your dreams, both now and in the future. After all, while ensuring you have a proper fund set aside for the future is important, living for the present is also just as important. Financial planning too often leaves us with nothing to look forward to but that distant future, while life planning is about a total approach or change to one’s lifestyle that brings positivity for the both the present and future.

Life planning as a concept has only gained prominence recently, and is believed to have been developed by the baby boomers, those fun-loving, free-wheeling hippies who had a connection to spirituality and creativity that has been somewhat lost since. Those same free-spirits are now cooped up in offices across America, nearing the age when they can finally get out of that grind and get back to something more surreal. Where life planning truly differs though is that many aim to escape the grind much earlier than traditional retirement plans would allow.

To these people, the end result is about much less than how much money one had or many expensive gadgets and gizmos, but instead about who gained the most out of their experiences. This is an immeasurable value that is uniquely defined by each person.

Retirement is less about reaching the end of the line and living it up, and more about continuing to live on, doing something one always had a connection with or dream of doing. The creativity they had in their younger years is what is most often cited as a prime motivator, be it becoming an artist, poet or author. Even something as simple as a cabin in the woods with a nice little stream gurgling nearby.

Like traditional retirement plans, these ideals do require money as well, and there’s only so far that money can stretch, depending on the funding needing for one’s ambitions. For many this may require a change in lifestyle fixing bad credit options and the foregoing of present day amenities. Sure you could always work harder, but that goes against the philosophy of the life you’re trying to live. Instead trade in that high priced house or car and live with something more modest. Give up the expensive trips and exotic meals at expensive restaurants.

The trade-off of being able to reach one’s dreams at an earlier age is worth it for many Americans, and is being seen in increasing numbers across the country. Taking a cut in pay and financial freedom to live the way one wants to do, doing something they love is a reward that few experience.

So instead of planning for the future, why not plan for the present? Your dreams don’t need to wait until your 65 and past your prime. They can be enjoyed as soon as you want to, as soon as you’re willing to let yourself do so. With a little planning, making the transition from 10-15 more years of repetitive, soul-sucking work for the benefit of a few good waning years to living your dream now instead really is easier than you may think. It’s all up to you and how you want to live your life.

Tips on Reducing Your Energy Bills

by Andrew John

Reducing the electricity consumption is important not only to your family’s budget, but also to the natural environment. The less energy we use, the better for the mother nature. However, most of us don’t feel like sitting in cold darkness and prefer to save energy without significantly altering our lifestyles. We want to help, but we prefer keep our current lifestyle intact. Is it some vicious circle? Fortunately not – we can do quite a lot without getting back to the stone age.

Keep in mind that the prime reason for your high energy bills is heating and cooling of your house. Do your best to have only the best and most modern heating systems installed. Also, remember that you have to keep an eye on them and service them regularly in order to keep your furnace and air conditioning system work at peak efficiency.

Another tip: keep your house well-insulated and prevent the outside air from entering your house. This will reduce the amount of energy needed to heat/cool it. Seal all cracks and drafts you notice (remember about checking the attic, too!), and make sure that all doors and windows seal when you close them.

Use the best thermostat you can afford. Every dollar spent on it means five dollars saved per year on lower energy bills. Also, make sure that you place it properly – far from extremely hot or cold areas. You may also turn it up a bit in the summer and turn it a few degrees down in the winter. You won’t notice the change, but your energy bills will fall another bit.

Consider purchasing new Energy Star-certified appliances instead of your old ones. Old fridges or washers may use even twice as much energy as newer, more energy-efficient models. In most cases new appliances pay off in a few years’ time at most. One more thing: be responsible and try to give your old stuff to some recycling center instead of throwing it away.

Remember that the water heater is probably set above the recommended 120 degrees. Turn it down or even better, use cold water during laundry if only you can. This will negate the risk of burns and thus get rid of a big problem for every parent.

If you have energy-efficient appliances, make sure that you enabled all energy-saving features. This is especially important in case of electronic equipment where the Energy Star options must be turned on by a user.

Change your old bulbs with energy-efficient fluorescent models. They use even four times as little energy as older models. They also last much longer so despite their higher per-item price, they pay off pretty soon. The only drawback is that you should dispose them appropriately – fluorescents contain a bit of mercury to we can’t just toss them to our trashcan.

Two Strategies To Burn Body Fat

by Dave Jackson

Even in high school I complained about my back hurting when I did sit-ups. My friends told me to not bring my back so far off the floor. Others told me to make sure I was on a hard surface. And even with the ab chairs and devices that are supposed to make it easy for you to have six pack abs, it is a challenge, especially if your back is not strong.

My background as a reporter helped me with my search to find what others were using successfully without injuring their back and getting to their goals quickly. It worried me that many professionals I ran into in the gym did not have a set opinion on a good routine for this. I was actually looking for a chapter out of the owners manual for my body – and I guess it hadn’t been written on my fight to burn body fat.

In order to burn body fat quickly, I researched online and at the library for a period of about six months. And for you it might not be the belly, like it was for me. Maybe you have fat around the hips, the face, different areas – don’t worry – because what I found will still work for you.

Food plays such a big part and if you want to turn me off at this point, you can – but it does mean a lot in any diet to burn fat. The reason is because there are actually foods that burn more fat than they put on the body. It’s true – you can find these fat burning foods and work them into your diet slowly. As you do, they will be more enjoyable and you will eat this way long term.

The next thing that works was to make our tummies think that we needed muscle and need to burn the fat away quickly. That sounds like some magic wish, but there is a way to do this. What I found was a strategy called static contraction which works with your muscles but only one contraction at a time. So instead of doing 25 sit ups, you do one – but you hold that one for 15 seconds or longer and then you’re done.

The body begins to think that more strength is needed in that area so it immediately begins to build muscle fiber and to burn body fat in that area. Continue the stress and the process just gets better. So make sure you do this exercise each time you work out. If for another body area, just contract the muscles in that area and hold. Remember to do this often and the results you get will surprise you. Plus, no aching back! Now, combined these do one great thing for you.

When you use those two techniques and your great food choices, you’ll burn fat quickly. It’s just a natural function of your body that the fat will be burned off first and the muscle will build later. Watch what you eat in addition to your fat burning foods. Don’t make the process more complicated by eating junk or loading up on any one food. Eating living things, like vegetables, and less processed foods – well, you know that helps a lot.

And get yourself into a plan that will set you up for success. My recommendation is a program you can find over the Internet that will give you options for your lifestyle. There are some great programs with good support systems that will help you get to where you want to be and you can track your progress online. Use the support systems for any problems you may have and let them know about your daily challenges.

Simple Ways To Enjoy Timeshare Properties

by Chris Channing

The easiest way to have a cheap vacation in today’s day and age is to quite simply obtain a timeshare property. Often called “vacation property,” these little financial ventures have proven to be quite beneficial to the families that opt for such nifty solutions in having a great time. Don’t get too excited however- the process isn’t near as simple as it sounds.

Timeshare properties work for middle class families, who don’t necessarily have the money to spend weeks or a couple of months vacationing in a foreign area to them. Whereas living costs would be phenomenal under normal conditions, timeshares allow families a place to stay for a small fraction of the cost they would normally pay, since costs are being divided amongst multiple individuals.

Timeshares follow many different usage rules, but the most basic will simply have inflexible usage schedules. These schedules are assigned by the realtor, who may rotate weeks from one year to another to make sure that certain weeks can be fairly shared among multiple families. Other more complicated schedules allow for flexible schedules, although this will likely involve arguments or bickering in the process of getting desired weeks.

Timeshare profits arise when one’s own share in the propety is sold or rented. Entrepreneurs like to resell timeshare properties, since it gives them easy cash for something they had only a minimal initial investment in. Of course it’s a bit harder to rent out a property for certain weeks in a calendar year, it is definitely possible and many businessmen have profited from such ventures.

Although timeshares seem like a cure to the problem of expenses, it should be recognized that not all timeshares are going to be cheap. Many timeshares may even still be just as expensive as an elongated hotel stay- which goes to show that looking around for the best deal is going to be well worth the time. Searching online resources and local realtors is the best way to go about finding the best deal in timeshare properties.

Just like with anything in the real estate or financial industry, many timeshare operations will operate based on fraud and deception. Steer clear of “get rich quick” scams or seminars that promise that those who pay “small fees” get incredible prizes and incentives. And, above all else, always double check the “fine print” for more reassurance that the deal will not go sour under false assumptions.

Final Thoughts

Timeshare properties are a great value for middle class families who want the prestige and ownership of wealthier families. Just be wary of scams, inflated prices, and other pitfalls of the industry. To be safe, always consult a legal aid if something doesn’t seem quite right.

For Money or Position: The Promotion Incentive

by Salvador Paez

If you are thinking what precise rewards to give your employees, two of the most popular are the monetary incentives and the promotion incentives. While monetary incentives are great for rank and file employees, those higher up the company ladder will find them insufficient because of the comparatively bigger earnings they receive. And when that happens, your best choice is the promotion incentive.

A promotion incentive is one of the best kinds that you can give because they ensure that recipients of this kind of incentive get the drive to work because of a climb in the corporate ladder. This gives them development opportunities and helps them grow within the company. They usually arise with new openings or vacancies in higher positions in the ladder.

A promotion incentive is one of the much sought-after types of incentives in the corporate world because it not only means better salary figures, longer nights at the office and taller piles of unfinished work, but also that the qualification, effort and competitiveness of an individual is also recognized as an important and useful tool in the achievement of the business goals.

Money-based and promotion-based incentives are the most popular incentives in many companies. A good character assessment team is vital to notice when it is time to dangle money in exchange for an improved performance and when it is time that the deserving tenured employee gets that promotion he has been waiting years for. Compensation is just a matter of formality and propriety in this case, however.

It is important to show employees just how much they mean to the company and how valuable the positions you put them in really are. And the best way to do this is through the promotion incentive system.

Traveling With Mobile Technologies

by Mikael PJ Erikson

Life comes at you fast, especially in the realm of technology where there are terms that are continuously flying at you. Some have dual meanings, such as mobile technologies. Mobile technology can refer to a dual-action processor and it can refer to the mobile gadgets, such as PDAs, pocket PCs and Smartphones. We are living in a mobile age and if you are going to stay in contact with your home and work, then you must be able to be contacted no matter where you are.

One piece of mobile technology that you need to check out is the HP iPAQ Pocket PC HX4700. This is the top of the line model, as far as mobile technologies go, and has received fantastic reviews from both users and the editorial staff of CNET. So where can you find these reviews?

CNET is probably one of the most valuable tools you can use when it comes time to buy your hand held device. They offer both editorial reviews and user reviews of different products that are currently on the market, along with reviews of older pieces of technology. One example of mobile technologies is the hand held devices produced by Hewlett Packard. One in particular is the HP iPAQ Pocket PC HX4700. This device is top of the line and is currently being sold and manufactured around the world. Users gave the HX4700 a 7.3 and the editorial staff gave it a review of 7.9, which are both excellent ratings.

Almost all reviews come from its outstanding performance and speed. The HX4700 is operating on Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition and has the capabilities of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, along with a 624 MHz XScale processor from Hewlett Packard. The four inch screen is unbelievable with its color pixels and it features a replaceable battery to ensure that documents and other information are not lost when the battery dies. It also features a large quantity of memory and is equipped with Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.

The downside to the HX4700, is in it’s size. It is a bit bulky, but is still a very sleek pocket PC. There is a small handicap present when the user first operates the new touchpad and this can translate into poor gaming, for those that use their pocket PC for gaming in particular. If you are in the market for a pocket PC for gaming purposes, then you may want to turn to Dell’s Axim.

Of course there are other mobile technologies on the market today that can be bought for far less than the HX4700’s price tag. However, few can match its performance power. But one can!

One of its chief competitors is Apple’s new iPhone, which users have fallen in love with for its extra capabilities, such as the use of an iPod and a gaming Smartphone. Whatever you decide is up to your own unique preferences and your own personal needs.

Curency Rates Made Easy

by Salvador Paez

A currency rate or what is called as an exchange rate is what specifies the exact value of one currency in relation to others around the world. And there are many factors affecting the4 exchange rates of currencies that include world politics, weather movements and the mount of investments that a particular country receives. This is key when trading currencies in the largest currency market in the world, namely the foreign exchange market or forex. More or less a trillion dollars in currency is exchanged every day in this great market, making it one of the best places to conduct large scale business.

There are several distinct ways to measure currency rates, which as a result brings about the different types of exchange rates. The exchange rate many people are used to is popularly known as the spot exchange rate. This is based on the amount of that currency as traded daily. The forward exchange rate on the other hand refers to the exchange rate for a specific currency as quoted and traded today, but is set to be paid on a specific date in the future.

Here is a simple example of an exchange rate: the exchange rate of one United States dollar is a hundred and twenty three Japanese yen.

Currencies are usually paired and then traded in a world foreign currency market. One example of the most popular currency pairings in the world is the EUR/USD pairing. The first component in this pairing is the euro, or EUR, which is known as the base currency. The term counter currency is used to refer to the US dollar. Whenever any amount is indicated, that amount then refers to the exchange rate of a euro to a dollar. For example, if the equation says EUR/USD = 1.33866, then it only means than one euro is equivalent to 1.33866 US dollars.

The normal four decimal places are given for all the currency pairs except for the Japanese yen which receives two decimal places. When the rates are below one, currency rates should be properly given in five digits, and in five decimal places. The most paired and traded currencies in the world are the United States dollar, the Euro, the Japanese yen, the British pound, the Swiss franc, the Australian dollar, and the Canadian dollar.

How to Make Money on Facebook

by Derrick Markotter

How would you like to make $25,000 in the next three weeks? Brian Campbell is an Internet marketer who’s shown people exactly how to do that. You can use the same techniques on all the social networking sites, like Orkut, Hi5, MySpace and Bebo.

How exactly did Brian do it? Brian gave away access to a 3 1/2 hour video training session in which he revealed everything he did to make that much money. Here are some of the methods he used:

The most important thing is to create a network of contacts. Obviously, you can start by building up your list of friends. If you invite too many people to be your friend too quickly, Facebook will send you a warning message. Between 20 and 30 a day seems to be safe. You can find people to invite by looking through your friends’ lists of friends, and by joining groups and looking through their member lists.

When you invite someone to be your friend, Facebook allows you to send a personal message. You should definitely take advantage of this facility. Letting the person know that you share their interests makes it more likely that they will confirm your request.

The best way to get friends is by having people invite you to become their friend. You do this by being visible – and being sociable – posting comments, photos and videos on your friends’ profiles, for example. That person’s friends see what you’ve posted, and hopefully ask you to be their friend as well.

Once you’ve built up a few hundred friends, you should start your first group. Invite all your friends to join, and ask them to invite their friends to join as well. Reward people for joining your group by giving them good quality information, in the form of articles, videos and downloads – PDF reports are great.

Your network of contacts will be all the people you can reach – your friends, and the people in your groups. Eventually, you’ll want to start moving people off Facebook and onto your mailing list, so that you can contact them by e-mail.

Brian Campbell is giving away free access to a new training course called the Social Media Monetization System. There’s over 10 hours of training, including the 3 1/2 hour video series where he shows you step-by-step how he made $25,121 on Facebook in only 21 days. Access is limited, so sign up right now.
