Things really seem out of hand these days. what with big banks getting huge government bailouts, and with almost every consumer good at a higher price then ever before ,how can it be considered a good time to join a travel discount club? Have you ever thought of using the eBooks you’ve created for more than just revenue stream? With a little creativity you can use your eBooks to generate you multiple streams of income

One strategy of how you can do this is selling advertising space within the eBooks that you are developing.

Example. There’s an eBook out there on how to design a wedding on a budget. The wedding industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Let me ask you a question: Do you think some of the companies that sell products and services for people who are getting married would be interested in getting in front of somebody who has purchased a particular product on the exact topic that they have built their business around?

It may sound like a simple question and answer, but that is the question I want all of you to ask yourself. What kind of businesses would be interested in getting in front of the people you will be attracting? This should be one of those creative questions you constantly ask yourself.

One more time. Thinking about my target audience, what businesses would be interested in having a way to get in front of them?

Once you start asking yourself this question all different businesses will come to mind. You may think of some of your competitors. You will also start to think of complimentary businesses who will want to provide their services and products to the particular market you’re marketing to by purchasing ad space in your eBook.

It is up to you how you put together you eBook with the ads. They could be scattered throughout, all together at the beginning or at the end. It doesn’t matter how you lay them out, it just provides you a method of generating revenue by selling advertising.

You could create eBooks to add value to your current customers. Here’s a good example. I have a great list. I do not have a big email list. I have a great relationship with the people on my email list.

I want to constantly add value to everyone on my list and all of my customers and one of those could be by compiling a very valuable eBook that summarizes or perhaps outlines the step by step procedures, or provides clarity on a particular topic that my email list may be desperate to find out.

Finding win-win strategies to add value to you and vise-versa is something I can always looking for so that my relationship with you and my list only gets stronger.

If you know exactly what your target market is looking for, or needs help with, or they’re seeking a certain solution for something, and then you provide an eBook that outlines the step by step procedures to solve their particular issues, that is of great value. You’re adding to the relationship by creating and compiling an eBook and giving it to your current customers. I want you to constantly think about that.

If you go into any business with that mindset, combined with a little creativity, you will quickly see all kinds of hidden opportunities for profit.

Every where we look, it seems as if the real estate industry will not improve any time soon. The slowing economy has caused a surplus of foreclosed properties. Even thought the most hurt area has been in real estate, I am here to tell you not to give up on real estate.

I have experienced a decline in sales made from real estate properties. There used to be a time in which you would only need a matter of days to move a property. Today, however, this is not the case. Trying to find solutions to my declining sales, I began evaluating how to begin as a BPO agent.

A BPO agent serves as an independent contractor who is hired by a bank or financial institution. This is one of the main differences between a BPO agent and a common real estate agent.

The duties of a BPO agent include to perform a comparative marketing analysis on a given property that a bank has requested. The inspection will provide what the market value estimation is for that piece of property.

BPO agents are more desired by banks when compared to appraisers because they can be contracted out by a lower price. The BPO agent can negotiate with the financial institution the price for the analysis per property so that the negotiated price meets the need of the bank and the agent.

Due to the increase in foreclosures, BPO agents are being hired left and right to help banks sell these properties. This demand creates a new market that can be easily dominated.

To get started, you need to locate banks that are currently looking for BPO agents. There are many lists available that provide you the details so that you can begin getting your assignments rolling in.

Until the economy comes back strong, then becoming a BPO agent can truly help you with gaining extra income while using your current skills. This has been my source of income for some time now as I wait to get back into selling real estate.
