1. Every dream has to start somewhere. What is it that you are actually trying to do, in a nutshell? Can you fit it into a single sentence? For example, aI want to build a business making greeting cards.a 2. Where do you want to end up? Where do you see your idea going in the future? Your final destination impacts the steps you take to get there. 3. What are your reasons for doing this? Is it to benefit yourself or someone else, or is there another purpose, for example, financial independence? 4. With your goal in mind and why youare striving for that goal, consider whether or not this is what you really want to do. If so, you need to figure out how to reach it.

The first step is to look at how to reach your dream, for example how to build a business from the ground up. 5. List what you will need. The odds of it being anothinga are fairly minuscule. If nothing else, it will need your time. 6. How much is enough? Despite your best intentions, there may come a point when you will have no choice but to turn your back on your idea, or at the very least leave it in a closet for awhile while you concentrate on other things. Although planning for failure is an unpleasant thing, it is important to know just how far you can go before you find yourself in over your head.

7. What is your list of prioritized projects? What are all the things you can do to accomplish the goals outlined in steps 1 through 3? This isnt the action plan this is determining which actions can go into the action plan. In this example, it is determining how to set up a new business.

Option 1: Keep a normal full time job, but work during my free time to build up my own business. Pros: No loss of benefits or income. Cons: Great loss of time. The equivalent of two full time jobs wonat leave any time for family or much of anything but eating and sleeping.

Option 2: Quit my current job and work full time on the new business. Pros: Greater odds of success, if the business cannot work if done on a part time basis. Time to pound the pavement. Cons: If it doesnt generate income soon, Ive lost two jobs. No health benefits.

Option 3: Buy into a franchise, or buy an already-existing business outright. Pros: The foundation of the business is already laid; presumably there are existing clients who I might be able to keep. It might be possible to pay for the expertise of the current owner while bringing myself up to speed. Cons: Why are they selling the business in the first place? Is it really something I want to get into? If itas a franchise, there are bound to be fees.

8. Now that you have considered the pros and cons of each of your options, you need to select one. Which one has the best risk-rewards ratio for your situation? 9. With a basic plan of action decided upon, you can begin to look more closely at what you need to do at each stage. Make a timeline, and stick to it. You also need to make a realistic budget, considering everything that you will need to start your business. There is advertising, office space, and donat forget that youall need some sort of salary.

Example: Building up the business. Work full time while working on the side action plan: 1. Create business cards for the new business. 2. Tell all my friends Im doing that kind of work, get referrals for friends. 3. Do all the jobs I can on the side. 4. Save up the money from this to get full liability insurance before doing big constructions jobs. 5. Get the liability insurance / bonds. 6. Incorporate. 7. Work full tilt on weekends and evenings. 8. Hire a helper to work on evenings and weekends. 9. Quit job and work on projects full time. If you did it, congratulations! If you didnt, look at what happened. The Price of Gold Has Plunged 25%: Should Gold Investors Be Worried?

In March of this year, the price of gold per ounce hit an all-time high of $1,030.80.

On August 15th, gold hit a nine-month low of $773.

That’s a correction of 25%!

In just one month alone – from July 15th to August 19th – gold has fallen 20%.

Now, that’s just downright scary! I know there’s a lot of gold investors out there that are probably wondering if the gold bull market is over. At this point, you’re probably fed up and are thinking seriously of dumping whatever hard assets you have.

I’m going to provide you with a little bit of historical gold trivia that I hope will reassure you.

So, take a deep breath. Relax. And keep reading.

It may be comforting to know that the last great gold bull market of the 1970’s was also interrupted by similar corrections.

1. In November of 1978, gold had a 20% correction.

2. In October 1979, gold lost 13% in four days!

3. Gold had a horrendous correction in 1975, falling 50% from $200 per ounce to $100 in 1976.

At that time, everyone proclaimed that the bull market in gold was over. As gold investors well know, the price of gold continued its climb over the course of the next few years, not stopping until it hit $850 in 1980.

Okay, I know what you are thinking.

That was then. This is now.

Ah, but even in the current bull market, gold has had corrections similar to what we are experiencing now.

1. In the summer of 2006, gold fell 21%.

2. But by the end of 2007, gold had risen 45%.

The point I’m trying to make is that corrections, painful as they are, are normal in bull markets.

Now that we’ve taken a hard look at the statistics, we need to determine if the fundamentals for buying gold bullion are still intact.

Let’s go back to March when gold had climbed over $1000 an ounce.

You were pretty excited, huh?

Now, ask yourself: what was causing the price of gold to rise?

1. Inflation was on the rise

2. The dollar had long-term problems

3. Banks were failing

4. Mortgage lenders were facing insolvency

5. Housing prices were falling

6. The economy was on the brink of recession

7. Oil faced a long-term supply shortage

Okay, now ask yourself: have any of the 7 elements listed above changed? Think about it. If the gold bull market were over, we’d have:

1. Low inflation

2. Healthy banks

3. Stable housing prices

4. A new, major oil discovery

5. Increasing job creation

6. A falling unemployment rate

7. A fiscally responsible government

8. A strong dollar due to a balanced budget and a shrinking deficit

I don’t see any of the above happening anytime soon. Do you?

In conclusion, I would say it is safe to assume that the fundamental reasons for owning gold bullion, as a safe-haven investment, are still valid. I would further venture to say that gold – at $800 per ounce – is the buying opportunity of a lifetime!

As long as your site has the right SEO keywords and has been optimized, whether you have a subdomain or regular domain name doesn’t make a difference at all.

Let’s pretend that you site has a lot of categories in it. If you were to submit to a search engine, you could submit each subdomain as its own individual category and still get a good ranking.

Search engines will view subdomains as a new site since it has its own index and home page. If you create subfolders, the search engine will not detect them, but instead read the parent folder as one set of site information.

Some are concerned that if the main domain is prohibited that their subdomain will be shut down as well. A banned main domain will have an effect on the subdomain. This usually happens when a domain is used for something other than its original intent, like putting adult material on a site when that purpose was not in the agreement.

To repeat, there isn’t any problem with utilizing a subdomain. If you wish to establish every subdomain as a unique entity, go right ahead. Get a main domain to use as a certified landing page.
