MLM home based business compensation plans have always been the work of smoke and mirrors. Have you ever seen compensation plans with the terms “weak leg”, “strong leg”, “leg balancing”, “group purchase volume” or “flushing volume”?

These are just a few of the terms that are commonly used by many mlm home based business companies to hide the fact that there is a large amount of commission money that will not be paid to the part-timer, the “little guy”. This is the terminology of the typical pay plan, where money is taken from the average person and funneled up to the “heavy hitters” or back to the mlm work from home opportunity company.

No doubt like me you have seen numerous adverts online that promote various programs guaranteeing you a millionaire lifestyle. Those yachts and Ferrari’s are very tempting aren’t they! But unfortunately despite what the adverts say you have very little chance of attaining them. The only people to get rich from those programs are the creator and the top 1% of affiliates.

To make money online you need to start at the beginning and learn the basics first, there are no short cuts. The most honest person in the world may recommend a program to you after they have made several thousand dollars using it. This doesn’t mean that you’ll make a single cent from it. If you can’t be present to supervise your puppy, make sure that the puppy is in his or her crate. The same should be true if you actually have a grown dog and not a puppy. Unless your dog is very reliable in terms of his or her potty training, limit freedom outside of the crate so that you can make sure there aren’t accidents.

Choose a crate that fits your dog’s size and weight. This may mean that you’ll buy larger crates as your dog grows. Don’t buy a crate that’s too large or too small for your dog. There are crates that are adjustable, but these are not normally enclosed. They do not give your dog the same level of security that a normal training crate would provide.

If you don’t know how long you should leave your dog in his or her crate at any one time, use your dog’s age in months to give you a rough estimate. For example, a one-month-old puppy can be crated for about an hour at a time. A 12-month-old puppy can be crated for much longer periods of time.

Never use your dog’s crate to punish him or her. Do not bang on or shake the crate, either. The crate is meant to be a place of safety, and violating it in such a fashion can lead to other behavioral problems as your dog ages.
