by MLMAbsolute

It is no uncertainty that MLM / Network Marketing is a huge and highly potential area to work in. It has to potential to earn the dream income you have always wished for.

Many people make use of the potential in Network Marketing / MLM to create unscrupulous business model that seems too good to be true to earn their own big bucks. Therefore it is very important to choose carefully which company you work.

Here are some guidelines about choosing a Network Marketing / MLM company.

Products

You must always remember the core to any Network Marketing / MLM business is products or services with solid quality. Only when there is a good product will there be repeated sales. Without repeated sales, the foundation of the business model wont be strong.

Also, companies that do not provide good products or do not even have any clear product or services, are probably not focused on their customer service. It is not possible that you can achieve long term sustainable income through this kind of company.

Compensation Schemes

The most important thing that you should assess a company before joining is the compensation payout. Know how much the company is giving out as commissions. Find out the maximum commission from one sale paid out as commission to distributors.

In usual cases, the Maximum payout should range from 30%-60% per sale. If the maximum payout is 70%, that means for every $100 product sold, $70 will be given out as commissions. If the maximum payout is more than 75%, will be too much. It may be good for distributors in the short term, but in the long run, it may not be sustainable.

And if the maximum payout is less than 30%, your alarm should be triggered. Where did the rest of the money go to?

Background Study

You probably want to check out the history of the company, and background before you join. A reputable company should have a good length of history in operation in this industry. And what was the company doing before this. It may not be the main consideration factor, but it is good to know.

Accreditations

The last and final thing you can check to reassure yourself that the company is safe to join is the number of accreditations the company has. The more accreditations the company has, the more reliable the comapny is, thus more likely to sustain a longer time.
