Banned on the social network Facebook ?

Before being suspended from Facebook, invariably one gets a warning signal or two. When you get such a message from facebook, ignoring it is doing so as your own peril. Would suggest that you immediately stop and read the warning message several times.

Is this a little harsh sounding? Stop immediately and re-read the same warning message? We are saying yes. If you value your 300 or 500 friends list, you will stop and really look closely at what the warning message is trying to tell you because facebook understates rather overstates the value of the innocuous looking messages.

The thing is, some of us are so busy clicking and tapping on our keyboards that we either ignore popup warnings or read them too quickly to let them soak in properly.

A typical facebook warning message sounds like this. Slow down. If you continue doing this activity your account may be suspended.

A better message might really have been – Stop this very specific activity now, If you do it ONE more time you are about to or will most certainly forfeit your cherished facebook account. Do you think that my revised message will get their attention?

Honestly, thats how they should have been written with a big red STOP sign that blinks and an OK button that says YOU HAVE AGREED TO STOP this activity for a long period of time.

This lack of urgency in the facebook warning message is what negatively impacts too many of us who are ultru-active in facebook talking to friends, adding more friends than we should in a short period of time and otherwise looking like commercial spammers when we are just extraordinarily active socialites.
