Does classified ad syndication work?
Over the last few weeks I have been submittingmore and more free classified ads. The problems I have faced is traffic and having my ad removed by flagging. I decided to try the stumblehere classified ad syndication. Stumblehere.com has made ad syndication the primary focus of their site.
What is ad syndication? Well, Stumblehere.com now provides an incredible online service that enables you to create professional-looking classified ads. These ads are then posted for you so you do not have to make multiple postings yourself. How much is your time worth? How long would it take your staff to post 95 or more local classified ads?
Enter your classified ad one time at stumblehere.com and they will post your ad for you to the top classifieds sites, online marketplaces, RSS feeds, and search engines. Yes, stumblehere does all the work. This is how stumblehere allows me to save time and money.
Wow, so I can actually get traffic to my ad? I don’t have to spend time posting them 1000 places? I don’t need to repost them every day due to being flagged wrongly? Sign me up!
What about paid ads and the stumblehere.com betterpost product? Betterpost is a way of posting ads using a walkthrough wizard. Instead of boring ads, betterpost classified ads are beautiful. And full ad syndication comes with all betterpost ads. After careful research I decided to test out betterpost. It will be a good test since I dont have web knowledge.
The best way to explain betterpost is – An ad upgrade feature, for 7.99 you build a professional and attractive ad and then stumblehere.com syndicates that ad for you. They place and syndicate your ads for you so you do not have to make multiple ad postings yourself!
Right now stumblehere only offers betterpost in their vehicles section. I am going to test it out. I need to sell my car anyways. Stumblehere is offering 85% off through the end of October 2008 for anyone who wants to beta test their betterpost ad syndication product. Simply enter ‘halloween’ all lowercase in the promo code box after posting your ad.
Wow ummm so I can test this out for only $1.20? I think I can afford that test. I placed the ad and paid my buck. My Ad is gorgeous. No really, it looks fantastic, not boring like most classified ads.
This is my first time paying for an online classified ad. After 7 hours I still had not received any response. I read the faq on http://www.stumblehere.com and it said how it can take up to 30 hours for syndication to happen. Now I need to wait it out.
About 8 hours later I got my 1st call… I tried to see what site they saw my ad on but, the gal couldn’t remember. She just talked about how she was impressed at how my car looked in the ad.
After I got up the next morning I had 4 emails and got my second call about 2 hours later (does this classified ad syndication stuff really work?) I decided to have interested parties come look at my car over the weekend when I had some time off work.
5 days after my post I had 5 calls and 8 emails! To answer my above question, I know classified ad syndication works! It was sooo easy and I only needed to submit my ad once. And it was not brought down from someone flagging it cause they were selling a similar car, etc.
