The WWE Network & Help From Bobby Jain Credit Suisse
For anyone who considers themselves a fan of professional wrestling, it’s hard to overlook the value associated with the WWE Network. There is a tremendous amount of content to be had and the fact that subscribers have access to streaming pay-per-view only helps to make the deal that much sweeter. On the business side of things, though, the WWE Network has not fared that well. There may be ways to salvage the service, though, and Bobby Jain Credit Suisse can help.
For those looking to discuss the reasons why the WWE Network has fallen short, expectations cannot be overlooked. The WWE Network was brought to the United States and with this came a plan to reach 1 million subscribers, as told by the Chairman and CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, Vince McMahon. If the company could reach 1 million, it would be able to break even, making it a worthwhile investment. However, since those sorts of numbers were not seen, the service has faltered.
Another issue associated with the WWE Network has been the speed at which content has been uploaded. Keep in mind that in order for the WWE Network to be seen as worthwhile, there must be a wealth of content to be seen. The service must be updated and, for many fans, it has not been updated to the speed at which many fans would have liked. It’s yet another concern of the WWE Network and one of the reasons why I wonder what can be done to save the service in question.
Even though there are quite a few methods worth taking up, one of the most important is a worldwide release in regards to the WWE Network. It could be a strong financial move, according to Robert Jain Credit Suisse and other authorities, seeing as how the Network is only available to those in the United States at this time. I can only hope that, by the time it’s released internationally, the WWE Network will still be cared about by fans. This is just one method to take up, according to authorities along the lines of Jain.
As a subscriber, I can see both the positives and negatives tied to the WWE Network. While I enjoy the litany of content on the Network itself, it’s hard to deny that there are a number of faults, both technological and content-wise, to be addressed. I can only hope that they are ironed out in time since the prospect of the WWE Network is an appealing one. It’s just that the execution of the service in question needs a bit more help.
