The Atlanta commercial real estate market still has a great deal to offer in this turbulent recession. Over the past three years many opportunities have arisen for small and large businesses to acquire lower priced commercial real estate. Many Metro Atlanta suburban cities such as Roswell, Alpharetta, Cumming, and Woodstock have helped the region prosper in the commercial real estate sector. Even though times have been tough, there has still been a large amount of commercial construction projects completed in recent years.
