You may be familiar with Comcast’s reputation in the area of cable TV, but company is also the industry’s leading provider of high speed Internet access as well! This may come as a surprise to anyone who doesn’t think that TV service and the Internet are compatible, but since this company made the transition to offering digital cable TV, there are actually a lot more similarities than you might expect. Basically a TV signal delivers information and an Internet connection delivers information. Therefore, there really isn’t that much of a difference between the two, and when you’re looking at digital TV- which delivers TV programming in the form of computer data- there’s actually much less of a difference!
