I have always been interested in trying new training techniques and fitness programs. Most of the ones I used for the last few years has not impressed me at all. But when a few of my surfing friends started with the Total Surfing Fitness program, and I could really see how their surfing improved radically, I decided to give it a try.

Now, almost every home has a computer and both spouses have a need for it. While one may be more computer literate than the other, both should have a working knowledge of how to use information technology for themselves and for the good of the home.
