It is the dream, soon to become a reality. Being able to work at home is a dream of many people. There are many stumbling blocks on the road to being able to work at home. Some of these road blocks are natural ones that will come up whenever you look for a work at home job. With all of the things that are sucking money away from typical Americans these days, paying too much for phone service- especially land line phone service- is particularly galling. This form of communication, which is very basic these days, costs a surprising amount of money when you look at the cost of the service and then add in the excessive taxes involved. (In some states, taxes can make up as much as forty percent of the total phone bill!) When you look at the extra cost of all of the calling features that are so useful these days, it seems downright wrong that phone companies should be able to charge so much!

Solo owned businesses make up the largest percentage of business in the US. However, when the LLC laws were first passed, some states did not allow for a single owner to get the protections of this legal entity. This did not make sense and so now all states allow a limited liability company to be owned by just one member. Solo owners need protection just as much as others.
