The competitive edge between businesses is defined by more than just low prices, superior customer service, and results. In this day and age, consumers have more on their plate and less patience to wait for tasks to be completed. They would rather the ease and speed of utilizing the internet for service of their needs, than wait in a phone queue for a representative to service that same need. As a result, many businesses have provided additional quality options and incentives to their members for conducting business transactions online.
