If you’ll be visiting the Costa Blanca in Spain then the best way to get around is by car. It will give you the ability to come and go as you please and you’ll be able to visit areas that other forms of transportation don’t reach. Don’t think that traveling on a budget prohibits you from renting a car; in many cases it comes out to the same or even cheaper than taking taxis, busses and trains.
