If you are the owner<\/a> of the business, it is very necessary to set the right goals for your business. If you don’t know the path through which you are moving , then it will be difficult to know when you are arrived and you may move in a totally incorrect way.<\/p>\n

What will be your goals, if you are an owner of a small business? Obviously the first thing will be to cover the payroll, the second is to make a sufficient amount of money and finally enjoy you life with your family by going on a vacation.<\/p>\n

The above mentioned are the common goals which everyone have. But every entrepreneur<\/a>‘s goal will be to become independent within a short or long period of time. The small business which you have started will turn into a big business only when it is functioned easily even in the absence of the owner. That means when you find that your business is operating successfully even when you are out of the station for a period of time, and then it clearly indicates that the business is running superior to before.<\/p>\n

True financial independence is the ability to live your life doing what YOU want to do. Do you really want to show up for work an hour early every day, leave late at night and never take a vacation, for the rest of your life? I don’t think so.<\/p>\n

Above mentioned are just a portrayal of the job and it is really awful one can do. Regrettably, nowadays it’s also accurately what most pop & mom shops and franchisees and the entrepreneurs have.<\/p>\n

So what is the key to being able to walk away? It’s simple. You need systems in place so that everyone in your business knows exactly what’s expected of them. And you have to spend the time working on your business not just in it, to insure that those systems get built.<\/p>\n

It is fact that when you hired a new worker they don’t know anything about the work. Do any of the existing employees will help them to know what they have to do? In such case how can you make sure that the new employee is learning everything what you want?<\/p>\n

As a proprietor of the business it is your duty to look after all these things. Make sure that the systems are put in a place as the business grows. This is very important because, the system will help the employees to know about their job and perform it in an effective way.<\/p>\n

The effective system must comprises of training of the employee, testing and development of product, inventory, accounting procedures, customer service, hiring & promotions, marketing, facility management and so on.<\/p>\n
