In order to be successful in your home business you will need to give your people the things that they will need to reach success. One of the most important things to some one that is new is knowing there will be there to help them when they need it. They may need to call you will something as trivial as where to find the right key on the board. <\/p>\n

You will install confidence in your members if they know that they can call you with such a small issue. A large percentage of people starting a home business today are doing it for the first time. These first timers probably don’t know the first thing about how to market a home business online.<\/p>\n

A lot of them may barely know how to run their computer. But remember that spending time with them at the beginning will pay off big time later on. It’s important to spend time with all your team members however some will need more of your time than others.<\/p>\n

Don’t let your new people get the sense that helping them with their small problems is becoming a pain. That person could become the most motivated one on your team. Using this as a rule you will build a reputation as some one that is willing to help and can be counted on for direction. <\/p>\n

The people that you help will be passing this on to their prospects also. They are going to tell them that we have a great team leader that will help us with any problem we encounter. <\/p>\n

And that if I can’t help you Then our team leader will. When people start to find out that they have that kind of support behind them they will start to flock to your business. Even though we are involved with an online business the human touch is still very important.<\/p>\n

Especially to brand new people. Think about when you first started only knowing that you that you wanted to start a home based business. Not knowing how you were going to succeed.<\/p>\n

For those of you that had a great team leader you were very lucky. For the rest of you that had to learn it on your own my hat is off to you. You had the drive to succeed even with know help or direction.<\/p>\n

So give your people the help they need to succeed. They won’t get frustrated to soon and do better in the long run!<\/p>\n
