I’m sure you are aware that there is no shortage of people rushing to get their piece of the internet pie. There are already millions<\/a> of online sites and businesses in existence and now here you are amidst the masses. In my experience, there are three basic areas you must consider and maintain to stay on top of the game. As an analogy, I’ll reference the sport of boxing in terms of your attack.<\/p>\n

1. Knowledge is your most critical defense weapon. Through education you will more effectively execute your game plan. It will give you the tools to defend yourself against bad opportunities, minor setbacks and poor marketing methods.<\/p>\n

2. Discipline is going to be your steady left jab. This is your consistent focus on a task that allows you to wear out your competition in the marketplace. By staying focused and disciplined you will get the most out of everything you do and your energy will not be displaced. This is very important.<\/p>\n

3. Credibility is your big right hook. This is where the rubber meets the road and business gets done. Its when people decide that you have provided enough value for them to take out their credit<\/a> card and buy your stuff. Without credibility, your knowledge and discipline fly right out the window. <\/p>\n

Credibility seems to be the glue that makes everything work, it is extremely important that you stand out and position yourself in the right way. It used to be enough to be professional and polite, but in this competitive business world, that just won’t do. <\/p>\n

One of the best ways to do this is to constantly share new ideas, strategies and cutting edge techniques with those you encounter. Present fresh new content and you will be seen as a trusted adviser which will increase your sales and conversion ratios tremendously.<\/p>\n

There is way too much competition on the internet for you to expect things to come to you. If you want to succeed online you must be willing to stretch yourself and go the extra mile. People will appreciate you and look to you for leadership and direction. Once this starts to happen thats when business growth really starts to accelerate.<\/p>\n
