Depression has been evident more often in women than men. Alcohol only increases the effects of depression. In fact a simple hangover from drinking too much alcohol is a mild form of depression. When people drink to relieve depression, it usually ends up solving nothing and makes things worse when the alcohol wears off.

Alcohol does not only take effect on your brain, but also your outer appearance as well. It effects the way you act, concentrate, talk, your coordination, and actually increases chances of getting diseases and infections. Alcohol is high in calories, which will cause you to gain weight, and like smoking, it destroys your body’s supply of Vitamin C. The result is usually the appearance of premature wrinkles, and causes you to look older, faster. this actually increases your intake, which means you’ll gradually have to drink more and more to get the same effect. Alcohol does not do anything good for your body at all. It may effect the way you feel, but only leaves you feeling worse than you did before, because it depresses and stresses out the brain and the nervous system.

After only a couple alcoholic drinks, depressing emotions can be felt. As the blood alcohol content (B.A.C) increases with subsequent drinks, depression can only be felt more. Other affects of alcohol include anxiety and aggression because the alcohol distorts judgment and Coordination, aggression, anxiety will also increase with the more drinks you consume. Judgment is also impaired which causes you to make bad decisions. Euphoria is secreted from your brain and makes you believe all of your actions and decisions are good when they really are not. After consuming a large amount of drinks your heart rate and breathing begin to weaken and slow down. This is because the alcohol finally reached the medulla which affects vital life organs. If you do experience a hang over it is because your brain needs water and glucose or sugar which is why you experience a bad headache the next day.

Alcohol depression should not be taken lightly because it seriously affects the body mentally and physically. You may start to lose sleep and feel exhausted which may make you even more depressed. Suicidal thought may start to come to your mind. Your outside appearance will be affected because you will gain weight and have skin issues. You know that you have a problem when you start missing other events to drink or that you have to have a drink as soon as you wake up. This will affect your life in negative ways because it could affect your job and family life. By having alcohol depression you feel that you need that drink to complete yourself. This is a scary thought because the more you drink the better the chances for you to hurt yourself or someone.

I’ve never experienced alcoholic depression, but I have known a couple people who have, and let me just tell you it’s not an easy thing to go through. If you or someone you know is going through alcoholic depression, they really need encouragement to quit, and most of all a caring friend. They need motivation to quit, and they need someone to help them get through this. They need all the understanding and care that they can get. Also consider going to a therapist, or getting prescription anti-depressants to help ease the problem, the non-alcoholic way. As you begin to start trying to be sober, it may be hard at first, but you’ll feel good about yourself, and you’ll feel a lot better than you did before. The best way to stay healthy and happy, is don’t drink alcohol at all. Many of people drink alcohol to turn away from their problems, instead of facing them. It actually increases them and makes it all worse. Worse on you, worse on your body, worse on your life. When my friends went through alcoholic depression, I was very understanding and showed that I really cared. I helped them through the situation and was there for them any time they needed me. I would hate to see anyone suffer through this, it’s just not fair to themselves or their body. Alcohol tricks you by making you feel good or making you feel pleasure, but at the same time, it’s doing something terrible such as take your life away. It may take a long time to recover from an alcoholic depression/addiction, but it’s possible, for even the worst alcoholic. Stop drinking before it’s too late. You can control your wellness, even though it may be something hard to accomplish, it’s possible to do.

Drinking your life away is not a form of fun. Consuming a massive amount of alcohol can kill you in one night. If you drink a lot over a long amount of time then consuming alcohol will kill you slowly. Psychosis, dementia, or death is not uncommon for people who drink excessive alcohol. This is why it is important to get help as soon as you can and talk to someone about your problem.

Make a good decision by not starting alcohol, smoking, or drugs at all. It will become an addiction and stay with you for the rest of your life, unless you seek out help, or get motivation to stop these habits. Many people don’t seek out help and no matter how many times someone can tell a person how bad it’s going to affect them, they’ll keep doing it anyways until something drastic happens. That’s what teenage mothers thought until they got pregnant. That’s what alcohol addicts and smoking addicts thought before they got cancer. That’s what drug addicts thought before they got memory loss. Or even worse, some don’t get a second chance to make things right, and pass away. Anyone who makes a mistake in their life definitely wouldn’t want others to follow their footsteps. As humans, we will all make mistakes, but what we can do to make things right again, is to learn from them. Learn from others mistakes. Think about why it’s not a good idea to do the same thing.

Donat feel trapped because everyone has the choice of doing what is right. Sometimes doing the right thing takes a lot of courage and strength which could be hard for someone who is lacking those skills. This is why it would be a good choice to never begin drinking in the first place. By doing this you can save relationships with family and enhance your health. Remember, donat drink your life away but live it.

About the Author:

About the Author:Here Are Some Websites and Links Concerning Legal Tax Free Cash Gifting Programs Programs Online cashgifting

Depression is a major concern in todayas society, especially when it coexists with alcohol abuse.
