There are a hundred ways to skin a cat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I say, why not go with the simplest?<\/p>\n

When you’re trying to stay goal oriented and focused, there can be a ton of distractions that keep you from ever reaching your goal. <\/p>\n

The most deadly of these comes from your own mind. Your thoughts can be responsible for you going from a goal focused and driven individual, to “let’s text everyone we know,” in seconds. <\/p>\n

You must use those motivating and powerful thoughts the best that you can, at every possible moment. The problem is that you aren’t always able to keep those positive thoughts with you. You’re going to have thoughts, every now and then, that totally contradict the ones that motivate you, and depending on the kind of mood you are in at that particular time, you might believe those thoughts even more than the ones you need to succeed, and you might forget why you were even motivated in the first place. <\/p>\n

You have to create a system that will help you remember why you began in the first place, and why it is that you will finish. <\/p>\n

To make this happen, all you’ll need is a sharpie and a few index cards. <\/p>\n

First, you have to get in the correct frame of mind. If you aren’t feeling like you want to achieve your goal right now, go relax and do something other than work, and come back when you are. You must be able to tap into that thought pattern that gives you those necessary ideas and focus that really drive you and get you excited about accomplishing what it is you have to. <\/p>\n

If you are prepared, keep your sharpie and index cards ready, and close your eyes and begin to bring up all of the reasons that you really desire what it is that you want. Give yourself very specific examples here, so they really motivate you when you need them. <\/p>\n

If you need help getting to the heart of a motivation, just ask yourself why. Why do I want this? Why would this make me happy?<\/p>\n

You will find that motivation soon. <\/p>\n

When you finally have it, write<\/a> it down on the card, in big letters. Make sure you’ll be able to read it from wherever you are in the room. <\/p>\n

Now that you have it, put it up somewhere that you will be constantly reminded and brought back to that state of mind that will help you stay driven and focused. <\/p>\n

Once that’s done, do it again and again, until you have enough motivators. There may be days that one motivator doesn’t quite work out, but another one will. <\/p>\n

If you’re worried about aesthetics, keep your cards in a frame. It will look a little more pleasing to the eye, and you might even take them more seriously. <\/p>\n

This one simple act, whether you believe it or not, can be the difference between your success and your failure as an online entrepreneur<\/a>. <\/p>\n
