There is a lot of misconception about MLM business’s, it is true there a lot of bad apples, and you should never jump into anything without first understanding how to choose a good system.<\/p>\n

But if you are good with people, and have a drive to own your own home business, then this business model could be what your looking for. You don’t need to be a business expert, or know any secrets, some of the most successful people are those with no business experience at all.<\/p>\n

The number one thing to understand, is what seperates an MLM business to the un-desirable Pyramid scheme.<\/p>\n

Make sure you fully comprehend this part, so you can tell the difference.<\/p>\n

An MLM company supplies a product or service through a network of distributors, the distributors then make money from a percentage of the products they sell, as well as from the products people they sign up sell.<\/p>\n

Now Pyramiding, instead of providing commisions on products they sell, pays distributors on each new person they sign up. You have to comprehend this, for the sole reason, that this process is actually illegal in a lot of countries.<\/p>\n

2nd thing to consider is the age of the company in question.<\/p>\n

The average life span of any new Network Marketing Business is only about 7 months, so you don’t want in too early. They might try to convince you other wise, by telling you to get in before every one else finds out, but this is desprerate marketing.<\/p>\n

However you should not feel pressured, or have to meet any expectations. You should be able to expand your business at your own pace. You should note that most companies expect you to move some products, after all they are a product driven company. Also they will normally provide higher returns or commissions for people that move more products.<\/p>\n

It just makes sense to reward behaviour that increases profits for the company, and this in turn increases profits for distributors.<\/p>\n

So there you have it, anyone can start a MLM business with no experience, but you should research the company, make sure there well established, provide full support and training and most importantly are a product driven company.<\/p>\n
