What if I don’t like what I ordered?

You know when you order something online or from a catalogue, and you can’t touch it or see it, and it arrives, and it turns out to be even better than you had thought? That’s the feeling that we hope you have when you receive your order. But if isn’t what you had thought it would be, please let us know. You can return it.

How can my local civic group help your work?

someone once said, “One hundred years from now, it will not matter the size of my bank account, but that I was important in the life of a child.” If you are interested in making a gift or discovering your gift options, please click here. Our children have normal growing needs such as clothing, shoes and school supplies. If you have placed your order on-line, just click on “Check Order Status”. Your password will be required to access your status. If you do not know or have forgotten your password, please contact our customer service department to have it e-mailed to you.

What happens when I place an order then?

The online order form that you’ll find on each of the party theme pages is a very basic online form. It comes directly to us, and doesn’t go to anyone else. All of the information that has been sent – the items that have been selected, the shipping address, the party date, the shipping method, and whether payment has been included – is checked over. You will receive in-stock items approximately 5 to 7 business days after placing your order.

Do you have a catalogue?

The designs for children’s party supplies change so frequently, with new ones being added and old ones discontinued, that it would be difficult and expensive to keep a listing up-to-date and current. For that reason, we don’t offer a printed catalogue. We try to include pictures of each item online whenever possible, and if at any time you have questions about a product, please let us know.
