Investing in real estate is exciting, and if you make the right choices you are almost guaranteed to make a profit.<\/p>\n<p>Both the houses and commercial real estate prices just keep going up.<\/p>\n<p>There is no 100% sure investment.  However, it is still one of the best investment one can have.<\/p>\n<p>I got into real estate almost by accident.  Me and my friends were renting this old place when the landlord wanted to sell it.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/millionaireforum.info\/blog\" class=\"kblinker\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"More about owner &raquo;\">owner<\/a> is having problem making ends meet and decided to sell his place.  We took the offer and bought the place.<\/p>\n<p>Pulling the money together was tough but we did it in the end.<\/p>\n<p>That area was undergoing through urban renewal program and soon the city is filled with people.  Our place also begin to worth more and more.<\/p>\n<p>I got sick of leaving there.  So I sold off my share and took the money to somewhere else.<\/p>\n<p>I took the money and went into real estate investing.  I had been successful and was hoping that it can be repeated.<\/p>\n<p>I bought some shares in some commercial project.  I continue to receive payment every month.<\/p>\n<p>Within a year, it pay off.<\/p>\n<p>Many do not know that you need not own the whole property to invest in real estate.<\/p>\n<p>Often, you can buy a small share in a property and get a portion of the returns.
