Within that time period one company can change drastically, you company may now be targeting a different type of market. You may have different product lines. The older trade show booth is not up to the standard as to where your company is heading. Do you purchase ea new booth or do you just refurbish your existing trade show booth. A decision has to be made. Here a few pointers to help you make this decision<\/p>\n<p>If your trade show booth is overweight and cost a great deal to ship to the convention hall it&#8217;s time to refurbish or seek other alternative. One can always rent a booth  if you do not have the budget for a new booth<\/p>\n<p>If setting up your older structure is costly this maybe another deciding factor on whether to refurbish on not. Purchasing a newer and more economical structure maybe your best cost savings<\/p>\n<p>Out dated trade show booth can say long more about a company than you can imagine.  Image is extremely important, to update your image it may be time to change your booth or refurbish as needed<\/p>\n<p>If you are paying a great deal to store your older trade show booth and are not getting good use out of the booth, then it?s time to refurbish or get a booth that satisfies your company?s taste. Newer booths tend to be lighter in weight and can save a great deal in storage. If your decide to refurbish, this may eliminate some components that you no longer use or need<\/p>\n<p>Sometime to refurbish may cost as much as a totally new trade show booth. Be conscious of the cost the cost to refurbish as oppose to just trashing your old booth and buying new. Another alternative is to use only the components that are light in weight and that are usable in a new design.  Using older components with new fresh ones some time can be a great solution. Image is everything; cost and weight are close behind<\/p>\n<p>Your company image, exhibit cost and weight as deciding factors in whether to refurbish or not. Without the right image then it?s not worth exhibiting at any convention. My suggestion then is to purchase a completely new trade show booth. Get the proper image you desire. Looking your best on the trade show floor is top priority. Do not cheat yourself and in return your company.
