Whereas living costs would be phenomenal under normal conditions, timeshares allow families a place to stay for a small fraction of the cost they would normally pay, since costs are being divided amongst multiple individuals.<\/p>\n

Timeshares follow many different usage rules, but the most basic will simply have inflexible usage schedules. These schedules are assigned by the realtor, who may rotate weeks from one year to another to make sure that certain weeks can be fairly shared among multiple families. Just like with anything in the real estate<\/a> or financial industry, many timeshare operations will operate based on fraud and deception. Steer clear of “get rich quick” scams or seminars that promise that those who pay “small fees” get incredible prizes and incentives. And, above all else, always double check the “fine print” for more reassurance that the deal will not go sour under false assumptions.<\/p>\n
