This is a great question, because I am, perhaps, doing something a little bit different here. To start, basically, I offer hard copy books. I also decided, though, to offer what I call &#8216;eArticles&#8217;. I&#8217;ve done some works that are less than, say, eighty pages. I decided to call these eArticles and simply offer them in PDF format. These can be easily opened and read with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.If your library lends software to its patrons, then it should be able to lend software on a statewide basis.
