One thing that new WOW players often struggle is getting gold in order to afford gear and new abilities or spells. Making Gold can be very frustrating because without it you are playing at below optimal power for your level because your gear will be weak and because you do not have all your class abilities that make the classes powerful and fun to play. On top of that Gold is very hard to get at low levels if you do not know how to go about it. You could grind for hours and barely squeeze out even a single gold if you are not using the proper methods. Make sure to take the ore and any stone that the mine gives you. Coarse stone with is found in Silver and Tin mines sells quite well and should never be thrown away. You may also find some green gems such as Shadowgem or Tigerseye. These sell for a tidy sum at the auction<\/a> house at times so check that before you sell to a vendor.<\/p>\n

This same idea can be used in World of Warcraft by finding ways to be the sole seller of an item. If you are looking to sell an item that is currently being sold for far less than it should be at an auction house, this might be an opportunity for you. If you can purchase all of those items and then re-list them at a higher price, you might be able to drive the market for some time.<\/p>\n

If you spend a few hours using these methods you should have about 10 gold or so. This is a good amount for a low level player that will allow you to easily afford all your abilities when you level up and will also allow you to buy some very good gear. If you keep it up you will never be in need of gold until you get to higher levels.<\/p>\n
