My good friend Armand Morin gave me a piece of advice that I am going to share with you.<\/p>\n

Previously to this piece of advice I had been gaining tremendous value from the information from various online mentors, but I had yet to gain any financial rewards. This piece of advice completely changed that.<\/p>\n

In less then eight weeks I was able to generate $111,000 in revenue from one project based on what this piece of advice taught me.<\/p>\n

This is what Armand told me –<\/p>\n

I had this great idea of packaging all of these new products and service ideas together. I was really excited to show Armand my thoughts about it when we sat down for lunch one day.<\/p>\n

I sat down with Armand and I opened up my laptop and I booted up my Mind Mapping software and I started to show him all my new ideas. Man, I was excited.<\/p>\n

Right in front of me he grabbed my mouse, closed my Mind Mapping software and said, “Stop right there.”<\/p>\n

He continued telling me, “It doesn’t matter how many ideas you generate. The only way you are going to make money is on the ideas that you implement. That is what you should be focusing on.” Focus on the implementation – write<\/a> that down.<\/p>\n

People aren’t going to buy just an idea. They are more likely to buy something they can see, feel, hear or experience. If you are only thinking about the money, that won’t help either because it is the finished idea that will bring the sales, not just the idea.<\/p>\n

The Traffic Secrets launch by John Reese was a great example of this. Before he actually launched his product he sent physical copies to a targeted list of high-level affiliates. By doing this he allowed them to see, read and feel the value of this product, which was much more effective than trying to describe it.<\/p>\n

Implementation is crucial for everyone to focus on. Money can’t be made until an idea is completed and you have a finished product.<\/p>\n

Armand showed me an example of this during that same lunch. He took my laptop and brought up several of his websites that he had products for sale on. Then he turned to me and said, “Now I want to buy a product from you. Where do I go to get it?”<\/p>\n

I was dumbfounded. Why? Because I didn’t have my product completed, and\/or products that I did have complete, I didn’t have up for sale. I didn’t have a sales letter up, I didn’t have a way that people could opt-in to find out new information, I didn’t have an auto responder series set up, I didn’t have my shopping cart set up, I didn’t have anything set up where people could buy from me.<\/p>\n

That afternoon with Armand really opened my eyes. He taught me instantly that it is only with a finished idea that you can make money, not the amount of ideas you may have.<\/p>\n

What can you do to get your service or product out to your costumer base? Hopefully this got you thinking about it.<\/p>\n

You can have the greatest idea in the world but until you implement it, your business is not going to see a single cent for it!<\/p>\n
