The top characteristic you should have as a leader is honesty. If you are honest and transparent with your team mates their respect for your leadership will only increase. Trust is crucial for the success of every partnership or team project. If you have the respect of your team members your words will have a greater impact.<\/p>\n

Be decisive to make your leadership skills better. You’re the boss, so you will have to make many decisions. If you are one of a team that is divided about how to solve problems, it is important to choose solutions that will benefit the whole team instead of only a few people. Tenacity is vital to effective leadership. When things go wrong, your team will look to you on how they should react. You must remain focused on the end result at all times.
