By building a large and ever growing list of responsive subscribers you can make all the money you’ll ever need.

The question is… “How?”

I’m going to reveal a great way to pull huge and automatic profits out of your list. But you have to understand the way email subscribers think. Before you can persuade them to buy.

Email subscribers want good information. They want it frequently without getting overwhelmed with emails. And they expect to get pitched.

Join an autoresponder service so you can keep in contact with the folks on your list. Send them an electronic newsletter about the topic they are interested in. A couple of times a week email them offers you feel good about.

Your ezine should go out every week. You can add ezine messages to your autoresponder for a full year on a weekly basis. Pack these weekly ezines with valuable info.

Besides the content ezine, send out a couple of offers per week also.

Use email broadcasts for these sales offers at first. In time, you can include the winning offers in your follow up autoresponder series.

Sales offer emails should contain either links to products you affiliate with or links to your own products. The process I like is finding 10 to 15 good affiliate products. Then I send out sales offers a couple of times per week for the same product.

The following week I go to product number two. And so on and so forth. Repeated offers for the same product increase sales. But there’s another big benefit.

Once you run through the affiliate product promotions see which ones were best sellers. Take the two or three you got the most sales from and use those to create your own version of them. Of course, this is easiest to do with information type products like ebooks.

Within several months I have a collection of best-selling products that I own. So I get to keep all of the money on each sale to the subscribers on my list.

Keep track of sales. Because before long you’ll notice that one of those products you created is bringing in lots of sales. Take that product and create a high priced tele-coaching program.

If you want to, you can just skip to creating the high priced product. Just take the same two or three best selling affiliate products and create a coaching program or high priced info product.

Repeat this process and you’ll maximize your list profits guaranteed.

6 Steps to Picking Profitable Adsense Keywords

Knowing how to find the best keywords for use in your Adsense ads is not a straightforward process. Finding and implementing high profit, low competition keywords in your ads really is the trick for making Adsense payoff big.

The following process should yield profitable, low competition keywords for your Adsense ads. This process is not perfect, but when you analyze it and try it for yourself, you can see that it makes sense. Adsense that is.

Step 1 Research some keywords for your niche that have a high CPC value. To do this, first find your keywords using the Google Adwords keyword tool or another tool that will give you niche specific lists of keywords. Save those keywords into a spreadsheet program as a csv file. Copy and paste those keywords into Google’s Traffic Estimator (you will need an Adwords account). The traffic estimator will give you the estimated clicks per day and the average cost per click (CPC) for each keyword. Copy and paste this information back into your spreadsheet file for later reference.

Step 2 Multiply the average CPC by 30% to get an estimate of your maximum earnings per click. The higher the average CPC, the more likely the CPC for the 2nd – 8th positions are high as well. You want this higher average CPC to start because if the CPC starts to drop off significantly after the 3rd position, your chance of getting high click earnings as an Adsense publisher will be diminished.

Step 3 Use any one of many tools available on the internet for helping to estimate the 1st – 8th position CPC values. These tools will estimate the CPCs for each position and allow you to see how much the CPCs drop off after the first position. This dramatically helps your analysis for picking the most profitable keywords. If the CPC values stay close to the each other and to the value of the first position, then you will more than likely have a profitable keyword.

Step 4 Now determine which Adsense ads occupy which positions. You can do this by searching on Google for your keyword and looking to see which Adsense ads are generated in the search results and in which order they are. Another way to estimate this is to use the Adwords Accelerator tool. It has a feature whereby Adwords ads are dynamically displayed for a given keyword you input into the tool to check. If the Adwords advertiser has used “Adwords for Content” in his advertising, these ads will be the Adsense ads someone else is displaying on their website.

Step 5 Compare the ads you found in step 4 to the results of using a keyword check function tool (available on the internet). If the advertisers you find by doing this closely match those you found in step 4, you will more than likely have a profitable keyword.

If the advertisers are not he same, then the advertiser is possibly not using the “Adwords for Content” mode of advertising in his campaigns. This means that the keyword may not be the basis for the Adsense ads and may not be profitable.

Step 6 Now you must get the traffic. If you decide to get traffic using the Adwords approach, then just use the keywords in your Adsense ads that scored well from the above evaluation. Then, use lower cost per click keywords in your Adwords ads. The difference between the earnings from the click you get on your Adsense word from the cost of the click you pay on your Adwords word will be your profit.

If you are planning to use search engine optimization techniques to get traffic to the website where your ads are, make sure the keywords you choose have the highest KEI possible. KEI is the ratio of the number of searches for a keyword to the number of competing sites having the keyword. The combination of a high KEI and a high score from the above evaluation will yield the best profit results.

There’s a saying that if you go around feeling like a hammer, everything you come in contact with will become a nail. This is a self fulfilling frame that limits us unnecessarily, boxing us in and holding us back from growing into our full potential.

The good news is, if you feel like a hammer, all that needs to happen is for there to be a shift in attitude. The doing is effortless once the shift happens. It’s phenomenal.

So, Kenrick, what the heck are you talking about now? I’ll tell you. I’m talking about if the way you’ve viewed challenges in the past is not working for you, then a shift is in order. Would you agree with that assertion? We all know Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity which is when we do the same thing over and over and expect different results.

As a child, you have to but once touch a hot iron and you don’t make the same mistake again. On all levels , conscious and sub conscious, when we see the iron plugged in we have a deep knowing that we should not touch it.

In all of the relationships we have, we make decisions. And in those decisions, we continually act as a hammer, banging away at the world of nails. Why are we so stuck? Habit. Apathy. Laziness. Good thing for us that now that we kno, we can change it.

My approach in life is that I am a magician and everything in my life is a opportunity to create what I want, what will be best for me, for my family, for my students, what will bring the most good to what I do in life.

I didn’t always know I had this ability to create what surrounds me. Because of this, I wasn’t always happy in life. There was a lot of trial and error and stumbling because I always believed, as I had been taught, that work is hard, good things come through struggle. Once I gave up on that notion and decided that all good things come easy to me, I realized I was able to receive good things easily. I began to create my universe full of pleasure, joy, and success, none of which are ‘hard work’. I realized almost in the blink of an eye, that the one thing I was struggling against was myself and the limitations I imposed upon myself.

So are you ready to give up your attachment to being a hammer? There’s something else, something more expansive and empowering waiting for you instead.
