Sit And Go Tournies Require Their Own Special Set Of Strategies

Online poker offers some very diverse tournaments. The Sit N Go is one type that should not be overlooked. Early on, you don’t want to give away too many chips on speculative hands. An example would be a medium pocket pair like 88. If you miss the flop, you have to be prepare to fold. Betting this type of hand from early positions can be a recipe for disaster.

In other poker games, you might do very well by raising with weak pocket pairs (22-88). This can create some deception to set yourself up with a huge win. It’s safer with these hands to limp or call small raises. You will only hit your set one in eight times, so it’s better to be careful.

As the blinds get big in relation to your stack, you need to play aggressively. Whenever you can, you must try to steal the blinds. These tourneys become a game of chicken, steals, and resteals. If you don’t get involved, you will find yourself with too small of a stack. You might get called and knocked out even when you finally get a good starting hand.

At some point, the blinds get so big in relation to your stack size, that an all in bet is your only option. You can do this in part for variation, but once you bet, you shouldn’t be folding. This is when you need to risk losing so you can have a chance to win.

When players are folding, you can go all in with more hands expecting to get no callers. How many chips you’re up against is important also. The big (has enough chips to risk) and small (desperate and looking for a spot) stacks will call more often. The middle sized stack folds more, protecting their chips.

Bubble play has a lot to do with everyone’s stack size. With the same two cards, you might go all in versus a short stack, and fold to a medium or large stack. This will protect the remaining chips that you have.

Now is when you look to go all in, but don’t think only about your cards when deciding. Anything is playable sometimes, especially if your stack will damage the others enough to scare them. When betting at a big stack you need better cards as you will get called more frequently.

If you have most of the chips, you can steal the blinds. It’s easiest against the mid sized stacks. These guys need to protect their chips and don’t want to get bounced out.

The problem here is you want to get to the money before losing your stack. The monster stack will knock you out, while the shorties will gamble with anything to survive. This is not an easy place to be in.

There is a mathematical formula to tell you if going all in or folding is the better choice. But, one factor in determining equity value (EV) is which hands will call you. After you “guess” at that, then you know to push or fold.

Equity value (EV) is the value of your hand when you push all of your chips in. EV helps determine which hands to play. Once you decide what that range is, then it is either better to put all your chips in or fold.

Succeed Online By Focusing

When it comes to creating an online business lack of focus is probably the biggest thing holding us back. Focus is important on 2 levels. Firstly you have your long term focus which is what you want to ultimately achieve. Stop reading this for a moment and ask yourself what do you want? Financial freedom? To be able to leave your current job and work at home? A new house? A world cruise? That is your long term focus this what will drive you if you harness it. If you want it enough and focus on it you will get it.

I knew someone who wanted to move out of her cramped apartment into a nice house. She searched the Internet and the local real estate offices until she found her dream home. She then got photographs and plans of the house and placed them on the wall behind her PC. Those photographs and what they stood for were her focus, whenever she felt demotivated she would grab a coffee and stare at the photographs and repeat to herself “I will have that house” Soon she was motivated again. Just over a year later she finalized the purchase of a similar house.

In addition to long term focus you need to consider your short term focus. a lack of short term focus will have a negative impact on your Long term focus. How many times do you sit down to write an article or build a site only to answer emails of have instant message conversations? very soon you realize you’ve done nothing constructive and you have no time left.

The secret to maintaining short term focus is to get a system together that you can stick to. Each morning I will start my PC, scan my emails for anything urgent then close down my emails for at least 2 hours. I make sure that Skype and Yahoo Messenger are off and then I will work for a set amount on time or until I have completed my task. Only then will I read all my mails and fire up my IM tools. Once you start to focus on your short term goals then your long terms goals will be within your grasp.

Try to eliminate any distractions put the dog outside, take the phone off the hook. If necessary talk to your family and tell them that you need to left in peace when you are working. Explaining what you goals are can really help to get their support.

Writing this article took less than twenty minutes. I had no distractions and focused on it 100%. If I hadn’t been able to focus on it I know for sure that it would probably take me and hour or so.

Go and focus on what you want, make it happen. As one of my favorite mentors always says… “Waiting is the favorite past-time of failures.

Is Bigtickettowealth the real deal or are they just another one of those supposedly turn key businesses out there ready to take your money. Let’s take a look here to find out the truth of whether Bigtickettowealth is really your Big Ticket To Wealth.

For the past several months I’ve researched many home based businesses and quite recently came across Bigtickettowealth. The company is pretty new and in the infant stage of popularity which is probably why I hadn’t noticed them till now.

Now it doesn’t matter what business your looking at. As long as you know the two most important things to look for in a home business you should be fine. The first and most important thing is the compensation plan. Let’s take a look now at Bigtickettowealth and theirs.

Let’s look at the compensation plan and the levels that you can join Bigtickettowealth at. The first level is the National priced at $797. The second is the Executive which is prices at $1197. The third is the Presidential. To join Bigtickettowealth at the Presidential you will have to pay $1997. All and all the prices don’t seem bad and are a little under the average of what you usually pay to join a network marketing company.

With Bigtickettowealth I like the fact that you get paid direct. The money will go straight into your bank account. With many companies the company will get paid first and then you have to wait till the company decides to pay you which is usually once a month. I also like the fact that with Bigtickettowealth you aren’t required to pass-up your first sales to your sponsor.

With pass-up style programs you are always required to pass-up your first sales to your sponsor. The majority of network marketing businesses require there members to do this. Bigtickettowealth does not so I have to applaud them for that.
