Woe is me! Thats what the newspapers and network television are saying about the current Real Estate market this year.

There are problems in certain areas dealing with Real Estate right now. The Banks having to be bailed out because of the stupid lending practices they were employing. So I do understand some of the hype.

What is the saying, ?buy when everyone is screaming, —–woe is me —and sell when everyone is saying —-yeeeee hiiiii?— or something like that.

Stop waiting and buy now, if you miss this opportunity to buy you are going to be kicking yourself in a few years. Many savvy buyers know this and that means you can still wholesale in todays market.

If you think there are no buyers out there in this market you are dead wrong. I have wholesaled 50 houses this year alone.

A great many people are attracted to earning money and working from their home and it is becoming more and more attractive to the stay at home entrepreneur. This does not mean there is a relaxing period ahead when it’s a little bit of work and a lot of play because then you will not earn enough money to survive. Try and understand that this job does not have the same feeling of safety that an office job might provide. You can make it a success and be totally independent only if you slog at it and are very disciplined.

For many, having the dream job of working out of home comes with the perception of making big bucks as quickly as we can, so we look for schemes where there is easy money to be had which can be very dangerous and expensive. Even if they do work, it is hardly anywhere like the fantastic results that the guru promoting it promises you in all those ads that you see about them. Opportunities such as paid surveys and home based data entry jobs promise to make you rich but they very often don’t deliver what they state. The idea of taking a few surveys in the morning, having a long lunch, and then doing a couple more to end the day several hundred dollars better off, is a joke; nor will data entry improve your bank account either.

This kind of work is unsuitable for a person wishing to earn from home regularly. While not all jobs in this field are fakes, there are some that are some that are so it just means that you need to consider them before making a decision. Writing some articles for others is a very easy way that you can earn money even though you are going to have to possess some reasonable writing skills. Most writers begin by writing for others who sell the work as their own. Unless you are especially lucky, you shouldn’t expect to earn too much, and on average you will be paid five dollars per article that you write; you may even get by on this if you really work hard but you aren’t going to get wealthy.

The best thing would be to write for oneself and selling them as PLR or public label rights articles; this can be lucrative over time. The trick is to write say ten articles or so and then sell them at a reduced price but to not one but many people. The math would be like this: if you charged for a set of ten article write ups and when sold to 30 other persons, it multiplies to 1500, making the original worth per article increase dramatically .

If you want to earn some really serious money from home and keep it dependable and consistent, you are going to have to really work at it. In the beginning it will not be easy, however, once the kinks have been ironed out and the learning process gets streamlined, it will be easy. You will also be able to hire a small group of writers yourself eventually to out source your work and at that stage you will be able to make the kind of money you dreamed about. Yes you can work at home and Yes it is easy once you know how to do it. Don’t give up and most of all be persistent.

Beginner Guide To The World of Warcraft Auction House

One of the easiest ways to make gold in WoW is through the Auction House. When I started out playing this game more than 3 years ago, I was insanely poor just like most low level players. I couldn’t afford anything I wanted; I never even used a potion until after level 40.

Three years later, I still see many new players struggling to make much WoW gold. I want to share a few tips that will help you guys get started.

When I walked into Darnassus Auction House for the first time on my first toon ever, I was astounded by the traffic flow of items. Something just clicked in that moment; the simple rule of ‘buying low and selling high’ popped into my mind.

This idea sounded good on paper, but how do I know which items to buy at which prices? I didn’t know. I was never sure if gold could be made from the items that I bought.

I made a level 1 character; I ran her to the nearest Major city and just sat her in the Auction House. I would logon to this alt 2-3 times a day to buy/sell in the Auction House.

The gold in my stash increased as time went by and as I become familiarize myself with the Auction House. My alt started with a measly 50 silvers, by the time my main reached level 40, I was able to purchase my normal mount right away and still have 30-40 gold left.

To avoid high deposit fees, I avoided purchasing armor and weapons on the Auction House.

Enchanting mats were my main target as they don’t have any deposit fee, funny at the time I didn’t even know what enchanting mats were, I just knew I could make a fortune off of them.

When the addon Auctioneer came out, it saved me so much time. I did not have to sort through pages of Auctions; the addon automatically scans the entire Auction House and provide you with recommended list of items.

I made tons of mistakes my first play through; I bought many items that never sold. In fact, to this day, a few of my alts still have some pre-BC items that are completely useless now. I just keep them for memorial purposes (anyone remember the uber Beasts deck, maybe dungeon 1 item sets?).
