1. The perfect environment will always maintain a purpose

In order to create an excellent environment where great customer service can thrive, we must have a clear mission statement for each team member. What is the purpose of our existence? This is important because of the vision that it will offer. The vision also gives our organization a common goal where success becomes more easily obtainable.

2. The perfect environment offers the gift of empathy

Having a certain amount of empathy with our customers will go a long way in consistently providing an outstanding service experience. The perfect environment for excellent service to thrive is simply being able to put ourselves in the customer’s shoes when we are serving them. By doing this, we will not only understand our customers on a more personal level, but we will also begin to treat them in a way that we would like to be treated if we were the customer.

3. The perfect environment projects efficiency

In order to create an environment where five-star service can flourish, it is important to develop efficiency during service transactions. By this I mean that the process of serving others functions like clockwork. When customers sense that we are efficient at serving them, they will perceive us as professionals in our field.

4. The perfect environment sees serving as enjoyable

Creating the perfect environment can be measured by the amount of enjoyment that takes place when serving our customers. The atmosphere will naturally change for the better when we receive satisfaction in providing our customers with outstanding service. Creating five-star service automatically occurs when we have a team of individuals who simply take pleasure in serving others.

5. The perfect environment is always consistent

If we are to create the perfect environment for our customers, it is paramount that they are given dependable service that does not vary from one day to the next. This is especially important if we are depending on word of mouth to be one of our major marketing tools for bringing in new customers. If customers do not sense that our service is consistent, they will more than likely refrain from telling others about our business.

6. The perfect environment is a team effort

The organizations that tend to get it right time and again have created a team that works together. House Training Your Dog

House training is unique for every puppy. Some breeds are high strung and will have a problem potty training. It is impairative that your dog start potty training as soon as possible.

My brother and his wife had an Eskimo puppy. When my brother came into the house after work the dog was so excited to see him he would pee. This could not keep happening. His wife decided to take the dog outside an hour before my brother got home. This was not working so it was decided to take him out a half an hour a head of time. When this did not help the problem. The next step was to use the crate technique. This did work.

My friend Kathy had a poodle that had a different problem with potty training. The dog went where ever it wanted to go. They used an empty little kiddie pool to contain the poodle when they were not watching. It worked very well at first. The dog could not get out of the kiddie pool but soon learned how to pull the stem of the pool out to deflate it. They had to keep him in the bathroom where there was no carpeting.

Many methods for training have been developed over the years. Some are good and others not. One technique that is not recommended is finding an accident on the floor and yelling at your dog. This just leads to confusion for your dog. It is ok if the dog is in the act of going potty where you do not want them to go. It is then acceptable to say no loudly or clap to stop the dog from going. After he stops and you take him where you want him to go. You need to praise him when he goes there.

Hitting your dog is never recommended. This can create fear and neverousness in your dog. The dog may not trust or come to you.

Many years ago potty problems were delt with puting the dogs nose into the dogs waste. This does not help at all. What does the dog learn? It will not prevent it from happening again.

You will need to verify yourself and PayPal will tell you what they expect for you to verify your identity. PayPal is a very secure and safe way to receive payments.

Before you begin to think about creating your payment buttons, there is one thing you will need.This is the URL of the download page. You will need this information as this is where PayPal sends your customer after payment has been completed.

Now you need to log into your PayPal account. After you log-in look for Merchant Tools. Open Merchant Tools and this opens up to you some options. These options are: Shopping Cart, Buy Now Buttons, and Subscriptions and recurring Payments.

You would choose the shopping cart if your site had a number of products available. The customer can pick and choose as you would in a super market. After choosing the items wanted the customer finalizes their sale by going to checkout and paying for the items in the cart.

Buy Now Buttons are used on sites where the sales page offers just one item. There are no choices to be made, only to buy the product on offer. This button will send the customer directly to PayPal to finalize the transaction.

Once the details are filled in PayPal provides you with an encrypted script that you need to install on your sales page. You will need to position it where you want the payment button to appear.

Using a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) HTML editor, scroll down the page to where you want the button to appear. Now click your mouse here so that the cursor is blinking where the button is to appear. Create a table. Click your mouse inside the table, and change the view to code view. You should now see the cursor blinking in the code. Make sure you have copied the PayPal code to the clipboard of the computer. Click on “Edit” and then “Paste”. This will insert the PayPal code into your page. If you need to center it just use center as you would text.

You can test it by switching to browser view and see how your page will display on the internet.

You have now successfully inserted a payment button into your site.

Sketching out your property, special features, and outdoor living spaces, like a barbecue pit or gazebo, will help in designing your outdoor lighting. So take the time and determine where or what you want to draw attention to. The last step in your design plan is to choose the appropriate light for these areas. Organize Your Home Office and Increase Productivity

Is your home office space affecting your productivity? Do you hunt for pens and pencils continuously? Is your document search an exercise in frustration? Are your papers a chronological stack of filing that is impossible to successfully navigate? Do you have an irrational fear of a paper flood catastrophe if you look for something at the bottom of the pile?

First, take heart. Every office – home or otherwise – has to figure out how to deal with paper, pens, and clutter. Creating and maintaining an organized space is just part of the job.

So, how do you clear the clutter and gain control?

Space – The Essential Ingredient

One of the largest challenges of staying organized is the ability to set up a system where you have room to grow. Space is essential.

If you have spent the better part of a day cleaning out a drawer and replacing the items in organized, labeled files, but you cannot squeeze a single extra sheet, of paper, you have wasted your time and the un-filed papers will grow again.

Be certain to have at least a quarter to a third (more if possible) of growing room when implementing a system. You may need to change over at some point, but having some extra space will encourage you to keep up with the organizing.

Having space to add home office furniture in the form of filing cabinets and storage bins will help considerably with organization. Be sure and have at least one quarter to one third or more growing room when you implement your system. Extra space encourages you to keep up with your organization efforts.

Set aside time to purge unnecessary documents. Not only will this provide more space but it will save you time that would otherwise be wasted looking through worthless paperwork.

Keep It Simple

Do not make your system too complicated or it will be hard to follow through. Color-coding can be the easiest if you do not have too many categories. This is effective for systems, which only require ‘Income’, ‘Expense’, ‘Projects’, ‘Correspondence’, or something similar.

For filing of large groups of clients, projects or invoices, use a single drawer for each group of related files. A tall filing cabinet can even be divided into alphabetical or chronological systems.

Another class of things you will need to make room for are the things that you refer to daily or even hourly. A posting board or corkboard near your desk would be in order. You can hang things like phone lists, ‘To-Do” lists and appointment calendars in one central location for easy reference.

Maintenance

A filing system is only as good as the upkeep. You may find it easier to have a small system of files located on or near your desk and daily or weekly transfer the items into their permanent home.

The system will also work for stuff that you need off and on as the project you are working on progresses. Things like price lists, if you’re dealing with products, lists and articles that you need to add to a website, rewrites and the like. If you need to refer to it continuously, then you want it close.

How Do You File?

Consider if you can realistically maintain a filing system. Perhaps labeled boxes would suit you better (especially if you tend to pile papers). The key is to find something you will feel comfortable maintaining. If papers are sorted and occasionally purged, your system will work.

Everything in Its Place

Everything MUST be assigned a home. By giving each item a place, you will not loose pens, cell phones, glasses, and so on. Do not crowd the items or you will get frustrated. Recognize that all of your efforts will help you run your business more efficiently and thus productively. Reward yourself for keeping the system working!
