Now that I have installed cameras in various cabins in my business location, I can rest in peace. I have such a big business that I was sincerely worried about its safety. At seven o’clock in the morning, in the midst of a torrential downpour, you are walking around the neighborhood with your dog so he can do his daily duties. You have a leash in your right hand and a bag in your left while your dog seems to be having the time of his life. In the meantime you are being beaten in the head by the sideways rain blowing into your ear.

I’m sure you have experienced this!

Dogs don’t always pay a lot of attention to what people say; they focus on how they say it and more importantly what they do. It doesn’t matter who says they’re the dog’s owner, that doesn’t make it so.

Often, the dog will bond with whoever takes the most care of him. He will see who cleans up his messes and who gets up in the early morning hours to let him outside. He will also notice who feeds him.

They also see who makes time for them, and who brushes them off.

So if you plan on getting a dog for your children you need to take this into account because if you are the one taking care of this dog then the dog is going to be your pet – not your child’s.

Remember the story of Lassie and his boy? They were inseparable. Just like owner and dog should be. If your child is not going to take the time to bond with his pet, his pet is not going to take the time to bond with him!

This is why everybody in the household must make sure they will take time to care for the dog before getting one! If he is just tolerated by a child, that is all the dog will do to him – tolerate!

It’s a tragedy that many people are forfeiting their homes during this sub-prime real estate crisis. It was recently reported that foreclosures account for 50% of the homes currently being sold in the US. Even though many people are losing their homes, there are many others who can finally afford a home or are now investing into real estate and taking advantage of these discounted prices.

Most real estate investors see this current crisis as an opportunity as it’s the perfect time to buy cheap and hold until the market returns to normal. “There are always opportunities”, explains Donald Trump. “When I first started out in Manhattan, everyone was saying what a terrible market it was”. It’s a good thing he didn’t listen to anyone else’s advice or he won’t be where he is today.

Many real estate experts including Donald Trump agree that now is a great time to invest in real estate and understand that pre-forecloses offer one of the best, if not the best, real estate opportunities.

The great thing about buying a pre-foreclosed home is that you are dealing one-on-one with the owner and have a chance to ask questions and inspect the house. Since the bank has time to evaluate the property there is a higher probability of being granted a mortgage.

There are macro (local community, etc.) and micro aspects to take into consideration when looking for a pre-foreclosed home. Here are the some of the macro aspects:

– Look around the neighborhood to see how many homes are being foreclosed. It’s best that the house you’re considering for purchase is the only one facing foreclosure. Obviously the more homes in forced sale, the more likely the properties will depreciate.

– Check with the local tenants to see what the rent levels are and whether they have been increasing or decreasing over the last little while.

– What is the local economy like at the town, local city and/or county level? Is the unemployment rate increasing or decreasing?

– Check with the local government to see of any upcoming infrastructure projects that will be taking place within 2-3 years. Projects such as new shopping malls, highways, train/subways lines, building permits for new businesses being established, new parks near the property, etc.

– Consider the age of the majority of the population within the community. If the majority of the local population is seniors that own homes, that could translate into an excess of future housing as they move into elderly care facilities.

If you do your homework and find the majority of these answers to portray a positive community, then you should consider buying in that area. Buying pre-foreclosed homes at the right time in the right place can prove to be a very profitable venture.

The nanny cam is becoming more and more popular everyday. That’s because they are cheap, effective and easy to install. In this article I will explain what a nanny camera is and how you can use it to protect yourself and your family; after all you deserve to be safe. Simply put a nanny cam is a hidden video camera that has been secretly installed in a common object. Nanny cams are hidden cameras that are used by parents to monitor their children. These cameras are named so because they are used by parents to identify abusive nannies and babysitters.

Some of the most obvious advantages are “being in command” of the situation at home. The situation gets only better as now with advanced technology, a parent can keep a constant watch on the care taker when in the office or at work, through his computer viewing a live transmission or even on his cell phone when mobile. The device is also frequently used while your home is being cleaned or for occasional in-home sitter services, or for other security reasons. They are especially helpful in case of threat from burglars; kidnappers, fire or anybody up to some mischief while the Nanny is off guard.

However, since the keeping of a nanny and trusting the child to her care is not merely a technical dealing but is based on mutual trust, love and respect, many people find the use of nanny cams as an act of deception, invasion of privacy and a waste of money. Also nanny cams pose a greater threat to home security particularly, if the agency is using camcorders, since the house lay out then, is open to public scrutiny. Over 30 different styles of pre-hidden nanny cameras are available in the market and one can choose according to the specific needs of taping time, budget and placing requirements.

It is most suitable for office use. It generally has a 4-channel operational camera and 8 channels for reception. It produces a resolution of 380 lines for a color camera and 420 lines for a black and white one. You can fit these nanny cameras practically anywhere. The Boom box spy camera is very useful as the boom box is portable and can be shifted to any place in your room. Wireless cameras hidden in books are another popular option as nanny cams. The list of nanny cameras seems endless. Some other objects that can act as hidden cams are computer speakers, lamps, emergency lamps, smoke alarms, VCRs and purses.

Your choice of camera will depend on your requirements including the layout of your home, the distance at which you will be monitoring the images and whether you require recording of these images. In conclusion, Nanny Cams can provide you with a variety of options you just have to decide what’s right for you. No one can ever be one hundred percent sure that they have chosen the right childcare provider. What seems too good to be true can often be just that? However, thanks to technology, you can now put to rest the nagging fear and know for sure that your child or children are safe.

When a company or a person decides to have an online presence or other internet based project they will use a service called web hosting. Most people will require their services which may be provided as part of a package which will probably at a charge but could be free. A certain amount of storage space on the server is allocated to each user where they can store their website files and other data for people to access.

There are a great many services available; you even have free hosting where you won’t have to spend a single dime, this is ideal for absolute beginners. For more storage space, better email facilities, sub domains and more you really need top look at paid web hosting plans; this is particularly pertinent for business customers. Paid hosting packages vary enormously so don’t be surprised about the difference in prices; the best thing to do is sit down and work out exactly what your primary requirements are and then check out one of these hosting comparison websites.

Initially, the majority of users decide on paying for a shared server with their hosting company. It is usually possible to upgrade to have a dedicated server for your files once you know the service provider is reliable; there is normally an additional charge for this facility. Websites require a domain name (not necessarily supplied by the web hosting company)otherwise no-one will be able to find you; once this has been done your domain will be allocated a specific amount of space for you to store your website, etc. The word ‘files’ is a generic term that can mean anything from video to audio tracks but be aware that basic packages do not give the most storage if you are intending to upload large files; however, as storage costs come down, companies are increasing this amount of space.

The good thing about having your own web hosting package and domain means that all your email addresses will contain your domain name in them and not that for the free service provider you may have been using previously. People who are serious about their internet presence will want to have their own identity and to prove the point; you will never see a company using someone else’s domain in their email address. Another problem to consider is called bandwidth which is essentially how much digital data is being transferred using your domain name and will affect the cost of the hosting package, this needs to be considered carefully.

If your package cannot provide this or the company cannot meet your needs then visitors will not always be able to access your site during busy periods so a new package or company may be needed. Of course this won’t matter if you only have a basic website but as soon as you start adding large images, audio tracks, video footage and other big files, your bandwidth will be used up very quickly. In almost every case it is a wise decision to use a web hosting company and not consider using your own computer as a host due to the risks, especially for those unfamiliar with internet security.
