Grouping your customers is a habit found in both superstar and average car salespeople. But there is a difference is how they group their customers. Most average salespeople group their customers into the following categories which are listed below:

Credit Criminals

Tire kickers

Tire Kickers

Shoppers

If you categorize your contacts this way, you are just killing your paychecks. For a successful salesperson, all the above types of customers fall into one category. And that category is BUYERS! The fact is they are here to buy a vehicle now or somewhere in the future.

All of those “Credit Criminals” will somehow find a way to get approved and end up driving. The people shopping will end up finding a real salesperson who will have them driving. The “Lookers” will need a vehicle as well. And the “Tire Kickers” will also drive a new car. But it will all come down to whether you’re the salesperson they buy from or someone else at the dealership down the street.

A list of how successful car salespeople groups their customers

While it’s true average salespeople categorize like the list above, successful salespeople also has a list. But this list is a bit different. They analyze customers into these categories:

Repeats

Be-Backs

Referrals

Phone-ups

Walk-in

I have made the above list in order. The group at the top of the list has the best closing ratio and as you get to the bottom the closing ratios decrease. Did you notice that walk-in customers are at the bottom of that list? Then let me ask you one question- why do average or below average salespeople spend most of their time working with walk-in customer? If you’re average, then it’s time for you to start realizing that you are working with the worst/least productive group of people.

Here is another tip: Learn to work with the top four groups rather than spending all of your time on walk-in customers. The first 4 groups are very productive because these groups of customers have high closing ratios.

Again, this tip might not sound big to you right now. But if you act on it (and we did the math and analyzed it), it can literally double your income. If you earned $45k last year, just working with the top four groups more will allow you to earn $90k or better. It’s not a fantasy. These are very much realistic numbers. Now I’m not saying don’t take any more walk-in. Your dealership provides them so take as many as you can. But your primary objective is to be so busy with the other four types of customers that you won’t have any time to take walk-ins.

These five golden rules of muscle building will help beginning body builders find a way to develop that sculpted body faster:

1. Don’t go it alone. 2. Set reasonable goals. 3. Don’t “juice!” 4. Educate yourself about how your body works. 5. Don’t quit!

Rule #1: Don’t go it alone.

Devoted body builders are willing to help those who are just beginning. It’s a good idea to Find yourself a mentor, but be sure to choose your mentor wisely.

It’s important, though, that you choose your “go-to” guy with care. For example: Unless you are planning on “juicing” (taking steroids), don’t choose a “juicer” as a mentor. Choose someone who has had some success without juicing and is a bit further down the road than you are.

Rule #2: Set reasonable and achievable goals.

Nothing happens overnight, and achieving baby steps keeps you motivated and positive. You must be reasonable in setting the rate at which you expect to accomplish your long term goals. Nothing succeeds like success – and nothing fails like failure.

Rule #3: Don’t “juice!”

I’m not going to deliver the “avoid the roids” speech. You already know that doping might produce immediate results, but that it also produces long term health problems.

Assume that you are going to have a life after 60, that you are probably going to want to experience it, and that “juicing” will create health problems that will cause major problems as you age.

Rule #4: Educate yourself about your body and how it works.

Our body is a set of self-sustaining and interacting systems that no machine ever built by man has even come close to duplicating. Wonderful ain’t it?

You will avoid time spent on exercises that are not effective, money spent on equipment that doesn’t work, and a whole lot of pain from injuries that didn’t have to happen, If you just understand how your body works!

Rule #5: Don’t quit!

You aren’t going to walk into a gym, exercise for a couple of hours and walk out looking like Mr. Olympia – no way! Building muscle takes time and effort. There is nothing fast or easy about building muscle.

If anybody tries to tell you that there is an easy and fast way to build muscle, RUN… they are out to sell you something that isn’t going to work or can hurt you long-term.

Champion body builders didn’t come into this world with those well developed and perfectly defined muscles. They all walked into a gym for the first time. They ALL started. When you look at your skinny or flabby body and think, “NO WAY” remember that there IS a way, but you DO have to start.

The far infrared portable sauna is sometimes called “sauna on the go”. This is in reference to is ease of use; but it is true that they are relatively portable. These saunas are very attractive for this reason to those who move a lot or have limited space to work with.

Infrared saunas offer many health benefits, both physical and mental. This article will tell you a little bit about these benefits and give you an idea of what to expect if you decide to try out this revolutionary new type of sauna. Before I go any further – two words of caution. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water before getting in the sauna; otherwise, you could easily become dehydrated. Also, never get in a sauna after drinking heavily, as this increases the odds of dehydration.

This should go without saying; but don’t get into a sauna after heavy drinking – it is far too easy to get dehydrated this way. Infrared rays penetrate deep into your body, causing more sweating than does a traditional type of sauna. Any sauna will make you sweat, but these infrared saunas will promote more sweating with less heat – so you can spend more time in it.

Traditional saunas can be difficult to breathe in, but this is not at all the case with an infrared sauna. I usually spend about forty minutes in the sauna and bring something to read. The sweating an infrared sauna promotes and helps your skin to eliminate toxins from your body. It is also beneficial for your circulation and can alleviate muscle aches and pains. This is healthy and relaxing.

Being that it makes you sweat it helps to cleanse your skin, it also helps with blood circulation and to ease aches and pains. Bottom line it is a healthy way to relax.
There are varieties of portable saunas, some are almost like a fold up box and you can take them anywhere. Other’s look like a traditional sauna but are easy to install and take apart if you’re on the move.

For apartment dwellers, the box style is very popular. This type allows your head and arms to protrude from the sauna. Yes, it does look a little strange, but it works well and lets you read or watch TV while you take a sauna.

Personally I prefer the enclosure style, I like to feel that I am in a sauna, but if you want take a sauna regularly and you rent a property for example, this type of sauna may work very well for you.

In summary, infrared saunas are a really effective tool to improve your health. When in them it may take a while to start to sweat and because it is not so hot inside, you almost feel like you are wasting your time, but then out of nowhere beads of sweat start to pour from your body and trust me you will feel really refreshed afterwards, especially after a nice shower. .
