I was skeptical about Eker’s claims when I first encountered them. After all, it seems like it’s impossible to do this well in such a short time. Then I heard about the principles behind his methods.

Basically, Eker tells us that in order to become a millionaire, I have to think like one. Every one of us has an internal financial blueprint that dictates how we use and think about our money. This dictates our financial success over the course of our lives.

Because of this, even people who have a lot of financial knowledge end up holding themselves back. Worry, doubt, and fear are all signs that there’s something wrong with our financial blueprints. Millionaires have different ways to think about money that help them be successful in all parts of their lives.

Eker was the son of poor European immigrants who had only a few dollars when they came to North America, and he’s changed his financial blueprint to become wealthy. Now, he’s decide to share the knowledge about how to do this with everyone else, so we can all be just as successful. Using the Peak Potentials Training group and T. Harv Eker’s books, you can learn the principles you require to be truly successful.

The process here isn’t necessarily a comfortable one. T. Harv Eker’s methods of opening our minds and changing how we think about success and finances can be rather difficult. If you don’t have the kind of dedication that’s needed to change your life completely, you should avoid this kind of program.

Of course, if making a difference in your success is important to you, you might benefit from T. Harv Eker’s plan. A change to your personal financial blueprint could be just the thing you need to turn your life around. The high intensity style of Eker’s programs makes it easy to keep going, making it through even the worst road blocks to success.

Cable TV has developed a reputation for being inferior to satellite TV. One could argue that this reputation was deserved at one point, but since then the cable TV industry has undergone a major transformation that has brought it to the point where it’s arguably superior to satellite TV. Comcast is one example of a cable TV company that has brought cable TV up to twenty first century standards.

The biggest change that Comcast made when it revamped its cable TV service was to convert its transmission format from the older, less efficient analog format to Digital TV. Digital TV alone gives Comcast an edge in a number of different ways. The most obvious edge that Comcast gets from digital TV is the clearer picture. This clearer picture has to do with the fact that a certain amount of interference crops up anytime that video is transmitted more than a few feet- even when its transmitted over underground cables. That interference can then be cleaned out of a digital signal by the digital receiver so that the resulting picture is as clean as the source recording. Though it’s less obvious, digital TV also delivers superior quality sound as well.

The real advantage that the adoption of digital TV gave to Comcast was the ability to compress video so that more channels could be transmitted over the same cables. This allowed Comcast to increase the number of channels that it could offer over three times. Now the biggest programming plan from Comcast offers very close to three hundred channels. A new technology that this company is in the process of implementing- a technology call Switched Digital Video- will allow Comcast to make even better use of its existing bandwidth. Switched Digital Video will allow Comcast to send just the channel that a viewer is watching to any given viewer at any given time. That’s a lot more efficient than sending all of the available channels to each and every viewer all the time and letting the individual receivers sort out what actually gets displayed on the screen. This technology will remove all practical limits on the number of channels that a cable TV company can offer.

Switched Digital Video has shown up just in time because of the surge of interest in HDTV programming and the rampant competition among TV service providers to deliver the most High Def channels to their subscribers. Under the older transmission method- the “shotgun approach”- HDTV channels were extremely difficult to deliver because of the fact that they are up to ten times more data intensive than normal TV and video can only be compressed so much. The bandwidth required to transmit the number of HDTV channels that viewers will soon demand would have crippled a cable system of the past, but thanks to Comcast’s implementation of Switched Digital Video technology, the bandwidth requirements of HDTV will be irrelevant. This makes Comcast a good choice for this king of TV now and in the years to come.

All of this makes the cable TV industry in general, and Comcast specifically, worth a good deal of consideration.

Every laptop that is put through good use will need to have the screen cleaned frequently. Over time, your laptop screen will accumulate dust, fingerprint smudges and grime from many different daily situations. A dirty laptop screen can impede the usability of your laptop and can also just be annoying.

Keeping your laptop screen clean is pretty easy. Here are a few tips to make cleaning the screen an easy task and to keep from damaging the screen on your laptop during the process of cleaning.

Use a Cotton Cloth

The type of cloth that you use to clean your laptop screen is very important. It is best to use a cloth that doesn’t contain any filaments that can scratch a laptop screen. 100% cotton is the best choice. An example of a 100% cotton cloth would be a piece of an old t-shirt or a sock, be sure to check the tags to make sure it is cotton.

Do not use any cloth that contains polyester, as the filaments in polyester can scratch a laptop screen. Paper towel and facial tissue are also bad options for a cleaning cloth. They can contain small fibers (or even lotions and other junk) that can either scratch your screen or make cleaning tough.

Don’t Press Hard

Do not press overly hard on your screen when you are cleaning it with a 100% cotton cloth. Pressing too hard on an LCD screen can promote scratching and other physical damage of the screen.

Use Safe Cleaning Liquids

The most safe cleaning liquid to use on a laptop screen is isopropyl alcohol which contains 90-100% pure alcohol, with the remaining part de-ionized water. Mix one part alcohol and one part distilled water to make a cleaning mixture. This cleaning solution is cheap and will be effective at cleaning smudges and dust. This particular solution is great for any type of electronic device because it will evaporate quickly and will not leave a residue.

Never use cleaning products that contain ammonia on your laptop screen. Ammonia can have negative effects on the surface of your screen. Never use tap water either. Tap water can contain minerals that will have a negative effect on the surface of your laptop screen as well, and can also leave smudges.

Never Spray Cleaning Solutions on the Screen

Spray the isopropyl alcohol and distilled water solution on a cotton cloth to dampen it, then use the cloth to wipe the screen lightly. Do not spray the solution directly on your screen. You might run the risk of water or moisture working its way into other parts of your laptop computer.

Try to Keep Your Screen Clean

The best cleaning tip for any laptop screen is to care for your laptop in a way that prevents you from needing to clean it often. Try not to use your laptop in an overly dusty or dirty environment. Try not to touch your laptop screen. Turn your head when you sneeze. Don’t eat food excessively near your laptop.

If you can keep your screen clean, you won’t need to involve yourself with the risks of scratching and damaging your laptop screen when trying to clean it.
