Best Affiliate marketing programs

by Roberts

There are no great secrets to affiliate marketing, just create a website for each product you are promoting. Not many people understand just how much revenue is possible with affiliate marketing if you sent you mind to it. Other than a small (or large) website, often just one page is all that is required as long as it is designed for the product in question. The biggest plus point about this system is you can find whatever product you wish, to sell, without having to worry about crating your own.

At this point you my not have a good idea what it is you want to sell but this is not as difficult as it seems. You should not be in a rush at this point because you will need to spend time reading and understand the terms and conditions of the company you want to sell products for. This is your chance to safeguard your earnings before you lose anything for a misunderstanding of their objectives. There are often cases where the trading country cannot export their product to foreign countries or they can only pay people who are resident in that particular land.

Unless you intend to have a massive turnover with a product, steer clear of affiliate programs with less than 50 percent commission payments. If you have never researched affiliate marketing before you can try to free web resources to find products and they are: google.com/trends/hottrends and Clickbank.com where you can also sign up for the programs using their own payment gateway. Almost all reputable affiliate programs will allow you to join them at no charge (not even an admin fee) so be very careful handing over money to any company that says you need to pay them a single registration fee. If you don’t know what to do about payments then you would be well advised to choose one or both of the following programs: Clickbank or Paypal can both process payments from companies and registration doesn’t cost a cent. Remember this is the early part of your affiliate marketing venture so you do not need (or want) to experiment unnecessarily; there will be plenty of time to do that when you are more established.

When you are new at marketing affiliate products there is a great deal to learn, but take heart as there are a huge number of free resources, ebooks and websites, to help just don’t try to take in too much at once. These ebooks can be a mine of information and will contain many useful url’s, however some will link to sites that want you to purchase something; whether you do or not is up to you. Many resources exist to help people earn an income online, some free and some paid but at the start it is advisable to use those without cost until you have actually earned something. This can benefit you because if the free programs etc. work for you, you are more likely to buy from the supplier at a later date.

For the best exposure of your affiliate marketing campaign, use alternative sources of advertising, do not restrict your efforts to purely online methods. This type of marketing is about directing traffic to your affiliate website. Just about every affiliate marketer needs to know what advertising methods driving traffic to their site is working so they use tracking techniques and then drop the methods that are not working. There is a great deal of money to be made with affiliate marketing because you are not restricted to just one product or company. A word of warning: there is also danger of getting bogged down with too much information, this can also be bad or out dated just too make matters worse.

Network Marketing’s Big Bad DEFAULT Mechanism

by R. E. Bloom

How come it is that even though businesses that pay people commissions to sell products to their family, friends, and others are heralded as such horrible businesses when anyone in marketing would agree that word-of-mouth advertising is the best way to sell products?

Well, as I and others have observed in the last twenty years in the industry, there is a trend that very well may be causing this bad wrap, if not at least a major player in contributing to it.

I call it DEFAULT.

We’ve all experienced it. You get a program and fine tune it to your needs. What a joy it is. The sun is shining, the birds are singing. The blossoms are filling the air with fragrance. Then one day something happens and returns all your settings to DEFAULT. And there is no way to retrieve your former settings except by starting at the beginning again. Dark clouds gather. Hours are lost, appointments missed, decisions delayed, emotions run high, and many other things go wrong. All because of DEFAULT.

You might be surprised to realize that nearly every business on the planet has a pyramid as their business model. That’s every business, not just network marketing ones. Let me explain. At the very tippy top of the company is the head honcho, Mr. President. Then, below him are his few trusted managers, those managers also each have a few trusted managers, on down to the plain old employees. The top guys get paid the most, the little workers, like the janitor, get paid the least. Sure looks like a pyramid to me!

Then MLM comes along and changes the paradigm… so they say.

“Just stick with us, and we’ll show you the best business in the world. In our business, you don’t have to stay on those bottom levels and get paid less that the president. You can enjoy living like a CEO, have vacation whenever you like, travel the world in style, and even have oodles of time to spend with your family” and on and on and on they tell you. They draw circles all over a piece of paper and who you how it’s possible.

All goes well… for awhile. Then one dark, dreary day you realize your American Dream, with all the fine-tuned settings you have struggled so hard to make, has gone into DEFAULT. And you find yourself again on the bottom of the pyramid, just like in conventional businesses.

Most people don’t realize that nearly every network marketing plan is designed with a DEFUALT button. This causes it to go back to the old pyramid style of big CEO at the top racking in the cash and little guys on the bottom scrounging around for whatever little money they can make. This DEFAULT system works with various methods. They’re called by a variety of names, but we’ll list only four here. I think you’ll recognize them.

1. Jump-Start: Knowing full well that most people will never get beyond the initial “buy-in”, these companies push you to “tell all your friends and family” about the opportunity. This gives the company free advertising and quick profits from the “packet” that you had to buy.

2. Breakage: if you don’t meet your monthly quota then you have to forfeit your “bonuses” or “points” and then the company keeps the money.

3. Break Away: when you “graduate” to a new level, some of your earnings that you worked hard to get is left behind. The company gets to keep that money

4. Exhaustion: by requiring constant enrolling of new people the company knows that eventually you will tire and give up. They know the average recruit will enroll only 2-3 people, so they keep the recruiting requirement high. The company now keeps what you worked so hard to build.

So that’s a brief description of some of the systems that most network marketing programs use. They actually intend to cause your business to DEFAULT back to the conventional business pyramid “scheme”.

The best news however is that not all network marketing opportunities do this. Find one that really specializes in helping the little guy rather than trying to make them fail.

Network Marketing – 4 Reasons Why They Have Such a Bad Reputation

by R. E. Bloom

Why is it that businesses which pay other people to sell their product to friends and family have such a bad reputation when marketing experts agree that the most powerful advertising out there is word-of-mouth?

Almost every business around runs on a pyramid plan, not only network marketing businesses. Let me explain. There at the top of the company is the big CEO or president who’s the leader of the whole show. This person has a few people he/she trusts who help run everything. These folks are the managers, right under the CEO and report to him/her. The Managers in turn have others who report to them, and so on down the levels with more and more people on each level down. Of course, the wages are according to your level. You wouldn’t imagine the janitor being paid more than the president, or the manager being paid more than the president, right? That’s the basics of the business model.

Then MLM comes along and changes the paradigm… so they say.

They sit down and draw circles all over a piece of paper while they croon to you. “If you just follow our easy plan, you’ll be able to take vacations whenever you want to, live like a CEO, travel all over the place, and have tons of family time. We have the best business plan out there!”

And so you try it and everything goes incredibly wellfor a short time. Then suddenly, a dark day dawns and you find that everything you’ve worked so hard to set into motion is gone, all gone, and everything has turned back to DEFAULT. You find yourself again at the bottom of the pyramid just like if you worked at your local retail store stocking shelves.

Most people don’t realize that nearly every network marketing plan is designed with a DEFUALT button. This causes it to go back to the old pyramid style of big CEO at the top racking in the cash and little guys on the bottom scrounging around for whatever little money they can make. 2. Breakage: if you don’t meet your monthly quota then you have to forfeit your “bonuses” or “points” and then the company keeps the money.

3. Break-away: when you “advance” to a higher level you leave behind some earning potential you had struggled hard to achieve. The company keeps the money.

4. Exhaustion: The company wears you out by requiring constant new “enrollees”. They know you won’t stay long because you’ll get so tired of finding new people to sign on. When you leave, they keep all those enrollees and make money off them, without having to pay it to you!

So that’s a brief description of some of the systems that most network marketing programs use. They actually intend to cause your business to DEFAULT back to the conventional business pyramid “scheme”.

But the good news is that not all MLM opportunities do this! Look for those who specialize in helping the “little guy”, who don’t use the mechanisms mentioned above.

Oh No! Not Another MLM Business!

by R. E. Bloom

Why do businesses which operate solely on the idea of rewarding those who share product information with friends and loved ones have such a bad wrap, when anyone in marketing agrees that word-of-mouth advertising is the most powerful advertising out there?

Well, those who have been in the industry over the last twenty years, including yours truly, have observed a trend that very well may be the cause, if not at least a major contributing factor, to this disgust.

We’ll call it DEFAULT

This is something that has been experienced by us all in the industry. We get into a program and set it all up just right. What a blessing it is! We have money coming in that we never knew possible. The birds are chirping and the blooms of the day fill us with awe and wonder. The, suddenly and without warning, everything diverts back to DEFAULT. Storm clouds close in. Appointments are missed, all decisions are delayed, hours are lost, emotions run on high, and a ton of other things go wrong. Simply because of DEFAULT.

Nearly all businesses run on the pyramid plan-not just MLM types. At the top is the CEO, the president, the great leader. He or she has a few trusted associates who help run the show. These operate at the second level of operation, and usually receive a slightly lower pay. They, in turn, have others who report to them. And on it goes until at the very bottom, and at the lowest pay scale, rests the largest group, the factory workers, laborers, cleaner-uppers. To get from the bottom to the top of the pyramid is very rare in conventional business. But everyone knows that this is just the way businesses are run.

But then a neat network marketing businesses comes and changes everything up, at least that’s what they say.

“We will show you a better way to do business, one where you don’t have to remain at the bottom all your life. You too can enjoy the lifestyle of the CEO, vacation when you want, travel where you want (and in style), have time with your family…” and on and on they croon. Then they draw circles and explain how it all works (on paper).

This is a short description of some of the ways network marketing companies make the big profits. They are designed to cause your own businesses that had lots of earning potential to DEFAULT back to you being the little guy on the bottom of the conventional business pyramid.

But the good news is that not all MLM opportunities do this! Look for those who specialize in helping the “little guy”, who don’t use the mechanisms mentioned above.

Touring Costa Blanca? Renting a Car is a Must

by Clinton Maxwell

If you’ll be visiting the Costa Blanca in Spain then the best way to get around is by car. It will give you the ability to come and go as you please and you’ll be able to visit areas that other forms of transportation don’t reach. Don’t think that traveling on a budget prohibits you from renting a car; in many cases it comes out to the same or even cheaper than taking taxis, busses and trains. Here are some tips to renting a car in Costa Blanca.

Rental Locations

If you’ll be arriving by air then you’ll probably be arriving at the Alicante airport. There are several agencies located at the airport including Hertz, Europcar, Avis as well as other Spanish and European rental companies. Renting a car at the airport can be the most convenient especially if you’ll be departing from the Alicante airport.

There are also car rental offices in Alicante as well as other larger Costa Blanca cities such as Benidorm. This may be more convenient for you if you won’t be renting a car until later in your vacation. Prices at some of these in-town agencies may save you money so it’s worth checking into. Many of them offer a drop off and pickup service so it can be just as convenient as renting at the airport.

Booking your Rental

Make sure you reserve a car rental before leaving on holiday. Usually, the further in advance you make your booking, the better deal you will find. Not only will it save you money but during the peak season many agencies will be sold out.

The best place to compare prices is the internet. Websites give you the ability to compare prices and amenities of various agencies during the time you wish to rent. You can also reserve a car through a travel agent which can find you a deal especially if it’s booked as a package with air and hotel. Also look at individual rental websites; some agencies have the best deals on their own sites.

Consider Extras

The price that is quoted to you does not include some other “hidden” costs. This includes taxes and other fees. In most cases you’ll need insurance for your rental. Check beforehand if you think your own insurance or your credit card carries car rental insurance. There are usually different amounts of insurance so think about what you’ll need since sometimes the cost of full coverage can double the rental cost.

Other things to consider are amenities, such as air conditioning and automatic transmission. Air conditioning is a must in the summer months but not necessary the rest of the year. If you don’t know how to drive a manual then make sure you pay the extra for an automatic.

With all of these considerations, it will be well worth the cost. Renting a car in Alicante is the only way to tour the Costa Blanca.

Property for Sale – Get Your Home Ready for Viewing

by Guy Morris

If you are getting prepared to sell a home then you should know that an open house is the best way to show what you have to offer. Buyers love to drive around their favorite neighborhoods or follow their real estate agent in search of their potential dream home. An open house is basically a showroom and should be treated as such. Here are some things for you to keep in mind and consider if you are selling property.

Your home should be spotless so potential buyer can see it at its best. Clean everything including appliances and inside cupboards since buyers like to look at everything. If you’re not a neat freak or you have no time to do a spring cleaning then hire a cleaning service; it will pay off in the long run. If you are living at the property then it’s important to keep the home clean since you never know when the house might be shown.

Offensive odors are a big distraction and will turn away buyers. Take out your garbage regularly and keep your fridge clean. Make sure you remove any offensive odors and if you have pets then try as much as possible to hide signs of a pet from view and smell. Keep you yard free of dog mess and hide litter boxes. Pets may be a turn off to potential buyers if they have allergies.

Another turn off is clutter and if you’re a packrat then this can be a challenge. Not only should piles of clutter be out of sight but also other things that will distract potential buyers. Put appliances in cupboards so there is as much counter space as possible. Remove family photos and other personal effects since you want buyers to envision the home as their own. Don’t shove everything into closets since buyers like to look in closets.

To make rooms appear larger, try to remove unessential furniture since buyers are looking for space. If you are planning on getting rid of some things anyway then have a garage sale before you put your house on the market. Otherwise, consider renting a storage unit and putting non-essential furniture there until your home sells.

Be prepared to show your home at anytime and while you may request 24 hour notice, you should know that many sales take place with short notice viewings. If you are serious about selling your home then have your home ready to show. Always be willing to accommodate potential buyers. Again, have your home clean and odor free.

Since people feel uncomfortable about asking questions in front of the owner, it’s a good idea to be away during an open house. If you’re there during the open house or while prospective buyers are there, they won’t take their time and feel comfortable.

Some programs restrict where they the countries to which payments are made so if you are not on their approved list, you will not get paid.

Be wary of affiliate programs that pay less than fifty percent commission unless you can guarantee a high turnover. One trap many new people fall into is never actually doing anything to earn the money they desire because they are too busy being permanent students.

Stop Puppy Biting Now – Its Really Not That Hard

by Dog Training Diva

To stop puppy biting, there is one word you must use: No. This is the correct command to use for any kind of behavior correction in regard to your puppy. When your puppy tries to chew on your sneakers, say no. If your puppy has learned this word, a firm no will prevent them from biting, as well as jumping all over people when he or she ought not to.

Your puppy has to learn that “No” is a word which they MUST listen to and associate it with them doing something they shouldn’t. Anytime you see your puppy engaging in inappropriate behavior like chewing your shoes, a firm “No” should ensue. If this along does not stop your puppy, a tap under the chin and another “no” should be used.

If even this fails, stronger methods must be used to correct the behavior. Consider how pack animals (like dogs) interact with each other. Having no verbal means of communication, they deter by growling and posturing, along with bumping. They encourage good behavior with barks and by means of facial expressions. If an undesirable behavior is engaged in by a pack member and the usual methods of discouragement fail, then fighting is used as the last resort.

Puppies learn how to behave by watching the pack. Your puppy is no different, except that their “pack” consists of your family! You must step in and take the part of pack leader. Just as in the wild, if a member of the pack steps out of line, the pack leader will correct the behavior; so should you.

Stay calm, cool & composed. One thing that you must remember when trying to stop puppy biting and at all times is to NEVER show your anger when you are correcting your puppy. Always retain and maintain your composure. You are not trying to frighten your puppy. All you want to convey to him is, “Do not do that.” Remember that correction is not being used to terrorize your pet or to intimidate him. It is just a tool that is being used to ensure that his behavior is molded in a manner befitting to life amidst the human society.

Correct immediately. You must correct your puppy immediately. A puppy does not have much sense of recall. Hence if you correct him after a lapse of some time, he will just not be able to fathom what you are trying to tell him. In order to stop puppy biting, correction that is not done immediately will only confuse him and leave him feeling totally perplexed. Puppies bite by instinct. But this instinctive reaction left unchecked can turn into a very nasty habit. You must nip it in the bud. Your puppy must be made to realize that he must not bite humans. It will just not be tolerated. Correct him even when he gives you those playful little puppy bites.

The same principles of correction apply to other undesirable behaviors like jumping on people. While it may be cute to have a puppy jumping at you, this could become dangerous if left unchecked; just imagine a fully grown Great Dane thinking jumping is acceptable behavior! Say “No” and push your puppy gently away when they jump on you. If they listen and stop jumping, don’t forget to praise your puppy. This will reinforce the desirable behavior.

Knowing all the correct ways to train your puppy will make the entire process of training much easier on you and on your new family member. An e-book which many recommend for puppy training is SitStayFetch, by professional dog trainer Daniel Stevens. Mr. Stevens has managed to include all the “must knows” of puppy training in this 150 page easy to read e-book. Whether you need to stop problem behaviors or teach your puppy a trick, this e-book has you covered!

Adobe Dreamweaver Allows Anyone To Become A Web Developer

by Lynne Kramer

Adobe Dreamweaver has now established itself as the leading website creation tool in the world. There are many companies as well as individuals that would love to have their own website but simply can’t afford the services of a professional web design consultants. Using Adobe Dreamweaver, just about anyone can successfully build a web presence for themselves. Adobe Dreamweaver is pretty simple to use, observes current web standards, and allows even the fledgling web designer to put together a good looking, functional website.

In the same way that graphical interfaces have changed computing, making it more user-friendly, the use of Adobe Dreamweaver makes people with limited understanding of web site creation capable of putting together a reasonable site. It is also a great platform for learning how web sites should be put together. For example, when you create each new web page, Dreamweaver lets you choose from its built-in standard layouts based on Cascading Style Sheets technology, the current recommendation for creating web pages. The code produced by Dreamweaver has lot of useful comments explaining how each page layout functions.

Many small organisations have already learned to rely on Adobe Dreamweaver to build and manage their own website, creating and modifying pages and then uploading them via FTP to make them live and available to the public. Those organisations with a more urgent need to establish a web presence may still turn to professional web development companies to get them started and then use Adobe Dreamweaver when changes need to be made, often saving themselves a small fortune.

Another way that companies can save money is by getting web designers to create Dreamweaver templates and then using these templates to generate their web pages. This also offers the benefit of permitting organizations to maintain control of their website right from the start.

Although Dreamweaver is easy to use, it is unrealistic to expect that the average user can simple load it onto their machine and start to use it. Most users will need some Dreamweaver training. This will allow them to learn the essential aspects of the program and the key steps involved in creating a basic site. A good Dreamweaver training course will also give users an idea of the technologies underlying web pages and the code which Dreamweaver magically generates as the users visually create their web pages.

One of the key features required to make a site useful for visitors is interactivity, allowing users to search for the specific content that they need. An advanced Dreamweaver training course will show staff within an organization how to add database-driven content to their web pages using technologies such as ASP, PHP or ColdFusion. And, here also, Dreamweaver works overtime on the user’s behalf, allowing them to construct sophisticated search and results pages using the same simply drag-and-drop and point-and-click techniques they have already been using to create basic web pages.

Why You Must Leverage the Talents and Time of Others

by Cathy Yeatts

If you are looking for ways to earn extra income from home, there are many options available. You might try selling some items on Ebay. You might teach music lessons or start a pet sitting service. If you are good with numbers and finances, you might accept some bookkeeping clients.

The problem with all of the above ideas is that the income produced relies 100% on your ability to continue doing the work. If you have a family emergency, and cannot give music lessons one week, you will not have that income. If you want to take a two-week vacation, you will lose the income normally generated for your services, during that period of time.

According to Robert Kiyosaki, author of The Cashflow Quadrant, employees and self-employed people are not all that different. You may have chosen to become self-employed, as a means to reduce stress. The truth is, however, your income remains limited by the amount of time you can work.

Business owners and investors, those residing on the right side of Kiyosaki’s cash quadrant, have moved beyond the exchange of personal time for money. These successful business people have created and implemented systems. These systems leverage the abilities, talents and time of others.

These systems make money for them, even if they are not physically at the business location. These systems, properly implemented, literally create money for the business owner/investor 24 hours a day, regardless of time and location limitations. This is often referred to as passive income.

A foundational concept for building wealth is that money must be harnessed to work FOR the owner. A traditional method for harnessing money for income is real estate investing. There is no doubt that real estate is lucrative; however, most investors will need access to large credit lines. They will also need to have substantial liquid cash reserves, for lending requirements and day to day operations.

If you don’t have the cash and credit needed for real estate investing, there is another way to create passive income for yourself and your family. It is Network Marketing.

If you are already dreading the fact that you will have to sort through friends, family and hundreds of strangers, guess again. (I don’t care for that either!) My network marketing company is Success University. This is an Internet-based, global business opportunity. There are no products to buy or store and no hotel meetings to attend.

Success University is an opportunity that is available to the average person, regardless of their current financial statement. You can begin the process of replacing your income, for a monthly investment of about $50. No previous Internet marketing experience? No previous online business experience? Success University will be the training foundation of your new venture.
