Here are a few simple tips on how to spot spyware. If you are getting an increased number of pop-ups, suddenly you find out software installed without your knowledge it might be a sign. Sometimes you hear music and voice advertisements, or your homepage gets changed to a weird site, and your search results look weird. These are all signs of a compromised system, fallen in the control of spyware, adware, trojans, hijackers or dialers.
