Most people believe that SEO is only the use of certain words that are supposed to help you get a better ranking in the search engines. To a degree this is true, but lots of times we become so focused on those words and getting that high ranking that we lose the meaning of the content and we lose the interest of readers. The information we are trying to transmit is becoming unreadable and extremely boring.

Google was a handy source of references to a law school student whose thesis was on money laundering. As a resource, this tool was very advantageous to the student during the writing of her paper. A couple months after beginning her project, the student became distressed to discover that her trusty search engine began leading her to a web page unrelated to money laundering.

The answer is simple; use, use and use. Use is possibly the most important factor in terms of the property?s value. For your investment to be a success, you need to think of the building?s use for you as well as for your tenants. Hence, you need to also put yourself in the shoes of your customers, i.e. your tenants. To kick start things, first attain information on the demographics of the area in which you want to invest in. This should give you a basic idea of who your target audience is and will also allow you to build a general profile of your typical tenant.

Everyone who tries Cuban cigars for the first time seems to simply fall in love with them. Same thing happened to me. After my first Fonseca (A mild Cuban cigar which is perfect for beginners), I was literally head over heels. I than got a chance to try out the Partagas Robusto and that pretty much sealed the deal. Soon I tried the Cohiba Robusto and I was floating in heaven. Nothing comes close to a fine Cuban cigar folks. absolutely nothing. What I really want to stress though is the whole deal gets even better. Did you know that you can actually age a Cuban cigar and they taste way better?
