Before we get started you should be aware of the fact that not having to repay grant money is a huge advantage to starting a new business. What are the cons? A coffee shop is more than just a place to get a drink. If you are seeing it for only that then you are certainly missing out. I have a very busy day most of the time but I tend to enjoy it. I seem to thrive on staying busy and I don’t know what to do with myself if I come across too much free time.
