What is the first thing we try when we are attempting to lose weight? The answer is that, first, we go on a diet. When that diet does not work, we then move onto another diet until we get discouraged and quit. What most people do not understand is that diets do not work because they are not accompanied by lose weight exercises. A diets job is to simply provide people with a healthier eating habit while exercising is meant to help people lose the unwanted weight.
