Christian Business ~ Home Based Success Principles ~ Part 3
The bible teaches us that to come into a deeper fellowship with the Lord, He brought us into a work partnership with Him. Go back to the garden, Gods fellowship with Adam began in the garden as He discussed the work that He had for Adam. To fully understand the Father we need to be about the Fathers business. Your relationship with the Lord will deepen as you work in unity with Him to accomplish His will.
Great, what does that have to do with my Christian Home Business? Simply, God has given you the work that you must accomplish within your Christian Home Based Business. This work will create success in your business as well as this work will allow you to pour yourself into the lives of others. As you grow and develop your Christian Home Based Business you will be deepening your relationship with those on your team.
Jesus gave us the example of servant leadership as He came and served during His earthly ministry. Time and time again we can see the example of our Lord pouring His life into the lives of others. Matthew 20:28 “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and give His life as a ransom for many.” You will at one point be called to leadership within your Christian Home Based Business and it is then that you will have to serve others rather than be served.
Now you will not have to give your life per say but, you must give of your life. In your Christian Home Based Business you must give of yourself to help teach, train and develop those that are part of your team. As you go about the work of your Christian Home Business you will begin to grow deeper in relationship with those whom you are working with. Through those relationships you will be a blessing and be blessed.
To he who can manage little more will be added. We learned this in part two of this series and must practice this form of stewardship as we grow our Christian Home Business as well. We not only are stewards of our time and resources but aslo that of our relationships that the Lord has given us within our Christian Business.
